- Day two of the African series was a blast. Sitting in the stand patiently waiting on animals I brought a blowdart to pass the time on smaller game. Guinea fowl have always intrigued me when I go to Africa. They are super skittish and are super hard to harvest unless you make a perfect shot on them. This particular group of guineas came in at about 25 yards and I sent one. Making a perfect shot on the guinea he went down about five feet from where he was hit. A few minutes later an old broken up warthog came in and gave me a great shot. Hope you all enjoyed this video!

I have shot a lot of animals with my bow and I have been to Africa and Australia with it hunting. That shot you made on that Gemsbok looked perfect and I am as amazed as you are that it did not tip over within a couple of hundred yards! Sucks I know, I lost a warthog due to a bad shot on my part and that is what is so weird about your situation, your shot was perfect!

Sorry that you lost your Gemsbok. NIce to see you eating Namibian biltong. Namibians make the best biltong in the world and you were probably eating Kudu biltong. Ohhh, I miss it. Yes, in winter in Namibia, it gets freezing cold at night - like it does in any desert, but the days warm up and are marvelously warm. In summer it gets VERY hot - very dry heat, so no sweating. I just about died during the summers. I noticed your hair is straight from the dry climate...Lol Anyway, you seemed to recover from your loss and continued on to have fun. I always enjoy your videos so much. I will be looking forward to tomorrow's video. It shows much promise -- with, perhaps, another Gemsbok? I hope so.

Oh, I've been waiting for this one since I saw a glimpse of the cold steel blowgun in the last video. I have never made a shot that for with mine. Is it the 5ft two piece and were you using broadhead darts? That was an epic blowgun shot! And Pumba got huge! That was a huge warthog. Nice shooting man!

I still can’t get over the fact that everyone is wearing cold-weather clothes in Africa. I guess it never really occurred to me that it got cold in such a crazy hot environment.
Africa is one of the biggest mysteries as far as the west is concerned because they never show the truth of it. Starting with its actual placement on earth and its closeness to Europe. Google the real world map and you will see that we have been taught lies all around

Ive made my own biltong! Everyone should learn to make there own even if you use store bought meat which both times I did. I have plenty of venison but I could, so I just bought meat from store. But super easy thing we all should learn! You wont find that in school....

The first deer i couldn't find was a nice 7pt when i was 9, had to quite cause my sister needed my dad to drive her to cheerleading practice. Wasnt much blood and white hair so probably a brisket shot

So what about his bones? Like shoulder blade. I’m definitely no hunter. Ide love to hunt but never had the chance. BUT , is it possible it went in right behind his shoulder blade and nicked it or some other bone at just the right angle to deflect the arrow away from his lungs and heart?

Sucks you couldn’t find him man I remember the first time I couldn’t find a deer I shot I cried man and it doesn’t get much easier even after the first and you are straight hunger games with a bow you definitely could out shoot me with a bow but I’d keep up with you on blow darts and throwing anything lol

Some farms dont allow drones in the area it is for safety and security reasons
It’s Africa ....they’re lettin white boys shoot fish in a barrel I’m sure they won’t mind a drone to find them almost shocked that it’s not part of it with the style of what they’re doing

I do a lot of High power PCP air gun hunting and because of its silent nature I noticed this same phenomenon because they don't hear the crack of the gun or in your case the bow they can't understand what happened to the animal or why it's dying so another animal will quickly step in to kill it before the animal can start squealing and attract predators that would put the rest of them at danger I see this from squirrels on up. Great vid.. more blow gun..
