It is important to understand although times are crazy, that we are ultimately not in control and that there will be an end to this pandemic. This is a quick and easy build to remind us and others that Jesus gave his life so we could be free and his blood that he shed on the cross paid the ultimate sacrifice.

The most beautiful cross! So powerful! Brad, was wondering if you can make a 4 or 5 foot outdoor wooden star? Would love to have one and wrap it with blue lights for Christmas. I think I could build one with my trusty hand saw if I saw how you did it. Your videos are awesome!
Thanks!! I probably could make one
Child of God EP Releasing March 4th!

Thankful Thanksgiving have a blessed one
🍁🦃🍂🎚️
@@RunwithBrad I have one, but it’s not made correctly of course, I didn’t have the machine to connect the cross together correctly 🎚️😇
Wow. Was wondering if that can be used in a youth group passion play. Or will a heavier cross be more suitable. Great video.
I think so, I make a stand for it, maybe need to trim bottom
Amen
Amen Brother
Appears you used 2×4s wouldnt you cut 3/4" rather then a 1/2" in depth on both boards to make the jointed pieces flat surfaced on both sides? or you didnt want the flat even surface look?
If I had a table saw I would have went with a more flush look I think. It still looked good though.
Hmmm... I finally followed Ann's advice and took Woodprix. It's great for beginners and has some advanced stuff too.
Totally agree!
@@RunwithBrad Awesome 👍👍👍
I recommend Woodprix to every beginner and not only.
Thanks I'll check it out!
@@RunwithBrad Awesome to see that !
That’s horrible
That’s harsh
@@RunwithBrad it’s not my fault
@@RunwithBrad I've been in and around motor sports most of my life (I'm 59). Motocross, cross country, classic cars, Enduro motorcycles now, adventure bikes. I never learned carpendry or how to use carpendry power tools at all. I got the itch so last week I replaced a failing drill I have with $850 of new cordless power tools. 14 tools total. Skill saw, router, jig saw, orbit sander, big batteries etc. you get the picture! Out of all of the tools I've used 1 before, a drill! 😂
The reason I'm telling you this is, you've inspired me to build this same cross to wrap with lights and hang on the front of our home through Christmas. This will be the very first thing I've ever made with wood. I just wanted to let you know I appreciate you and Merry Christmas to you and your family. Be blessed brother! ❤️🙏
