NotePerformer in VE Pro with MIR

Just proof it can be done, and that it works, and a bit of an indication of what you can make NotePerformer sound like when it's used inside a better mixer than Sibelius

Hello ! Congratulation for your composer work and your technical skill. I am a user of Sibelius Ultimate, Noteperformer, VSL Library, VSL MIR. I'm curious how you came to link Noteperformer to Vienna Ensembl Pro. I watched your video but I can't get the all VST NPF process to make appear NPF in Vienna Ensemble. The VST NPF is located in the same folder as the VST Vienna Ensemble Pro. I would greatly appreciate your help. Sincerely

Hi. I had to do custom software development to do it. I wrote a shim, that loads in VSL and pretends to be Sibelius and loads NotePerformer.

Is something like that possible in Dorico 5 too?

With Dorico you could already I think make it use MIR. I think you need to force it to use an instance of NotePerformer per instrument though, and I don't know if that will work with NotePerformer 4 using NPPE. I didn't have any luck getting Dorico to use NP remotely via VE Pro.

Wow!!! I would have never thought that a high quality reverb would be that much of a difference to an already good sounding Software. Do you have more examples?
