This video is not true, in iron man one, Stein stole Tony's ark reactor and Tony had to use the first one he made. If the suit had it's own arc reactor then it shouldn't have run out of power during the fight with iron monger

This is incorrect he used the arc reactor to power his suits this Is shown in both the first and second movie it is more blatant in the second movie because Jarvis literally says that the prolonged use of the iron man suit is killing him because it is burning the arc reactor chips(made of and compound of elements) which he later discovers a new element to prevent his death.

Not to mention in the first movie after his ark reactor is stolen by that bald guy, iron monger, he had to use his second arc reactor. He built the one that was in the case from pepper, and it wasn’t strong enough for or to maintain the suit.

I think you were forgetting as we hear Jarvis tell tony ''that continued use of the iron man suit has accelerated your condition. (Referring to palladium poisoning) If tony had a separate arc reactor in his suit then why did Jarvis say the above regarding the arc in his chest.

Yeah, kind of not true for the first few suits. As we see that even in the first Iron Man has marked two suit at the end of the movie was using his original ark reactor he built in the cave. Jarvis even said that chess piece was not meant for sustaining flight and someone else pointed out. That’s why the Palladium was killing him in the second movie.

All his suits in Iron Man 1 used his reactor. He learned not to make it so the only thing keeping him alive was the only way to power the suits otherwise the bad guys would target him even harder.

the only suit tony had that came with arc reactor was his hulk buster suit but even then tony reactor in his chest was still powering the chest of the suit. its just that hulk buster needed more power because of its size.

All the suits in Ironman 1 were hooked up to his personal arc reactor, the thrusters weren’t hooked an external one they were hooked to his personal one directly that’s y tony had the component on his personal arc reactor
Tony didn’t start integrating individual arc reactors into each suit until after Ironman 1, both to power the whatever suit he was wearing but also to serve as a fail safe if either his personal reactor was damaged or if the suit’s was damaged and he needed power
I think while it wasn't required he could still tap into it.
In the third one Tony tells the kid that his ARC reactor powers the suit.

i like how you show fooage of a contradiction. The suitcase suit clearly doesnt have its own arch reactor you can see it only glows in the center once the suit fits over his chest reactor.
The plot off ironman one shows that his suites need his chest reactor to funtion as once Obadiah removes his chest one, he need to use his og reactor to power his suit too, and it almost runs out.
In ironman 2 he likewise uses his chest reactor to power the suits as continued use of them accelarates the paladium poisoning. So it would be more acurate to say that in ironman 2 he desides to put spare reactors in his suits so that they look cool on his display wall.

You made a mistake. Mark 7 runned on the arc reactor as when his suit powered down in Avengers, and the arc reactor stopped running, msking it so that the shrapnel could enter his heart. When hulk got him awake, the arc reactor powered on.
What about mark 5? That suit was indeed powered by HIS arc reactor
No, the Mark 7 was the first suit with a separate arc reactor (in The Avengers we see Tony getting out of the Mark 6, and there's no separate arc reactor) and the reason Mark 1-3 in IM2 had a separate reactor was probably just to looking cool in display cases

Yes all Iron man suits did have the ability sustain themselves using ARC reactors post I'd say Mk 5 the Mk 2 probably did syphon directly from his chest but the Electro Magnet required a tiny amount of it's yield so it could power his suits.
The first movie even directly states that the Mk 3 is draining the power of the original ARC reactor at an alarming rate.
But after that fight I believe Tony came to the conclusion that his suits should probably only take a small portion of their power from his life support so in between movies Tony didn't only design at least 2 suits but also upgraded the existing ones even rebuilding his old Mk 1 armor as a sort of reminder as to why he's Iron Man.

if you look at the ending of iron man one where obadiah took out his arc reactor, he had to use the faulty one to power his suit, jarvis literally said that the suit capacity was dropping due to the arc reactors low power which tony was wearing

Mark7 and above have their own arc reactors. Because they were not directly attatched to Tony to draw power from his arc reactor.
And Jarvis did tell him about the overuse of iron man suit but you have to pay attention to detail, Jarvis said, "the continued use of the Iron Man suit is accelerating your condition" the keyword here is 'accelerating'. You're mistaking it for 'causing'. It's just a simple misunderstanding. Tony upgrades his suits which means more power, more power requires a source that can provide more energy. And since his suits were running on his chest's arc reactor, due to heating it became hazardous and affected Tony's health. But ever since he created the 'badassium', he never had to worry about that. Tony used his arc reactor for mk6 which is why the chest piece was similar to arc reactor design but mk7's chest piece was not because as I stated above, mk7 and above had their own arc reactors.
So why did Iron Man's suit go out of action when Captain America's shield hit the arc reactor in Captain America Civil War..?
This is wrong, in the first movie after Obadiah Stane steals his arc reactor and Tony is forced to use the one from the cave as a replacement Jarvis says the arc reactor can't power the mk 3 for a long period of time because it wasn't designed to and that's why Tony suit runs out of power pretty quickly (if I remember correctly with that arc reactor he had around 20% or less)

No iron man only used ark reactor in Mk 1 he used a special battery in all his suits even when in iron man 1 he was testing his flight stabilizers and thrusters he was wearing a flat box like battery at his back and also in iron man 3 his suit ran out of battery if he used ark reactor his suit hasmve never been run out of batter and similarily in avengers Thor's lightning charged the battery of iron man's suit
Stop the cap. In iron man 1 mk1-3 all used tony’s arc reactor. Pretty sure it was later on that the suits had their own. Also tony allowed rhodey to steal the mark 2 suit so it’s already has an arc reactor in it

Actually, the Mark’s 2 & 3 were also powered by the reactor in his chest, but after he had the newer one stolen and had to rely on the older one to both keep the shrapnel from his heart and power the Mark 3, he started installing Arc Reactors in every suit so that he still has the ability to use his suits if the Reactor in his chest is stolen as well as having back-ups for that scenario.

False mark 1 to ecape the being hostage and the suit used in first movie because if u remember Obadiah Stane/ iron mangor stole reactor using sonic device. he had to put first reactor back in to fight, but the first reactor had less power and jarvis even made a comment about its power lvs during fight. Since 2nd movie on he used separate reactor since he learns form mistakes. He used codes and restrictions on suits only a few had ability to use the suit like Roddy and Pots. That is how Roddy got the suit and made it into war machine.
When hes making the hand/foot repulsers you see it hooked up to his chest, hell in the shot where he first uses it as a weapon you see the energy glow run up the tubes.
