@ I work in this I know that they have the ability to develop applications but they have this safe play mindset which is like what if I tried to build something and failed miserably that’s where they’ve lacking
@@noelnakka1056 because western people are busy in finding their gender. For software related jobs you need to be good at maths and Indians are great in maths thats why so many Indians in software related jobs.
