I have a theory about the glitch toilet As all of you know, the glitch toilet appears in 1 episode killing a few cameramen and speakermen. However, this is the last time we see him so far. Later on, when the video showing the first TV man dropped, I instantly noticed the resemblance to the jetpack toilet and glitch toilet. So my theory is that the glitch toilet is an endgame toilet who somehow got to the past to try and win the war early, possibly because the world is destroyed at the time he was at.
I feel like hes part of the military (it existed in the first few episodes) and is the person that survived (cause the army might have turned into militant toilets,) he prob made the toilets as a project that might of spreaded on accident, or hes just a normal person that has some devices.
Maybe the secret agent is creating simulations running for something amount of time so he can get better gear when the endless war continues forever. Maybe he has thousands of these times of simulations and when he sees one side struggling he boosts them up again so it will continue forever
The secret agent is Dafuq and i think he's playing both teams to prevent the series from ending faster. Notice on one of the episodes sign it says "he's watching" (episode 48), it might be Dafuq. He's analyzing every move of both teams and helping both teams so the war will be more longer. Though, this is only a theory.

I think dafuq is the peacebringer and this is why. In the beginning, Skibidi toilet was a joke, but then when it started getting serious, he began appearing. There is also a clear connection between him and the plunger cameraman, who is both a serious, non-jokey cameraman but also uses plungers, which are commonly used as humor. So I think dafuq is going to form an alliance between the two sides.

I would like to think that his Character is like The Watcher in Marvel, he's the God of the world and helps both group to keep the content going... And the only reason this secret authority is helping upgrade the titans is to keep the cameras,TV s,and titans in the city for the weapon of mass destruction
What if the secret agent is creating clones of himself?this could explaines how he is everywhere,he has multiple clones that follows different characters:one for the pov cameraman,one for cinema man,one for the plunger cameraman,and more,since their clones they are not afraid of being injured or killed,they are just like that camera toilet from episode 16:they go head on even in dangerous situations.

I think dafuq is the peacebringer and this is why. In the beginning, Skibidi toilet was a joke, but then when it started getting serious, he began appearing. So I think dafuq is going to form an alliance between the two sides.
