Iirc, one of the wolven-set diagrams is up in thát cave too. So if you're a Gear Collecter, you need to go there anyway. But nice to know that detail where to pick up the quest for the Tor'Haerne Diagram. Not sure if you can loot that sword-diagram then, if you dont have the quest for it.
the completionist in me had me find this accidently because i was just exploring every inch of the map.
haven't found it cause I was speedrunning Kaer Morhen. I was so much invested in the plot at that moment of the game
