100 miles starts with the first step...and then another. Just another step...just keep moving. Those steps add up. 😢"But I don't see anything improving" . Keep stepping or one more rep or set and you will. I finally learned to put a shirt on before looking in the mirror... I only look at myself in the mirror once a month without a shirt . You'll see improvement if you only look at yourself in the mirror once a month. You don't go near a scale but once a month also . You keep stepping ahead and that once a month mirror and scale ......YOU WILL SEE IMPROVEMENT.

Not sure who you believe is interested in 27 minute episodes, but I personally much prefer the shorter ones between 3-6 minutes or so.
