However, it's essential to consider whether the bass output will be sufficient, as you may find that the 805D4 (whether it's the signature version or not) has slightly less bass compared to the 702. The 805D4 suffers the usual problems of too much treble energy, recessed lower mids, and a 'ported' bass sound lacking speed. There are so many other better choices in its price range, like Magico A1, Borresen Z1 or even TAD ME1. Any one of these are easily way better than the B&W. Why should anyone choose the B&W? I don't know of a single thing that B&W does better than those speakers. None.

我意見，7系细落地的是低音量比较多，但多不等於靚低音，805可能在同一比较大空間可能低音量小，但高中低音质量一定勝於7系！玩hifi當然以靚聲優先！

Heard these recently, and compared to the Borresen Z1. The Borresen makes these B&Ws sound like broken toys. Feel bad for anyone buying it.
I agree that Borresen makes excellent speakers, but B&W also has a strong reputation. I'm afraid I can't share your perspective.
