Hi Angie, When it comes to deciding if over or under the muscle is best for you we tend to measure the amount of breast tissue that you have in the upper part of your bust. If you have more than 3cm then that allows enough padding at the front of the breast to have your implant over the muscle. You may find surgeons suggest a dual plane position for tuberous breasts which is 'under the muscle' but the implant is not completely covered. It would be best to book for a consultation with a skilled surgeon who has experience with tuberous breasts to get the best out of your procedure. Hope this this helps, The Aurora Team
I want to know if treatment to correct tuberous breast can affect breastfeeding in case of young woman who has never given birth? Thanks for responding
Can it be preferable to put the implants over the muscle in case of mild tuberous breasts?
