relating measuring AC voltage how you connect arduino to your pc while you connect your AC main to arduino, is it safe not damaging pc?

yeah u can! just add the third resistor value in the voltage division formula(vin*r1/r1+r2+r3)

Okay i know this is near impossible but i think someone should try it
Use an Arduino that runs and api connected to a cloud based service that hosts a version of open ai
This then processes the data and send back the out put to the Arduino that is then displayed on a screen
