Leo19rash exactly my point. Cuddy said she doesn’t want him to change but that doesn’t mean she will change all she believes in for House. She was the hostage in this relationship not House. If House really cared, he wouldn’t take the pill. He chased her, he almost destroyed her relationship with Lucas, he made her fall in love with him even more, she relaized she’s not happy with the perfect idealized Lucas and went for House and what he did? Kissed her, slept with her and told her it won’t work. So why did he chase her? Just to finally have sex with her when he knew she wanted something serious? He could’ve just say, no, it won’t work and don’t play with Cuddy’s feelings.
@2weirdkids Well it's kind of a back handed complement. He's basically saying 'people are going to die, and have died because of you.' True, but it’s a story as old as time. Relationships are about to individuals where they are to a certain extent that has to be accepted, but both of you also need to compromise for him. Sometimes you don’t find out just how much this stuff works until you actually give it a go. You’ve got to roll the dice to find out. She should have known better, but he also needed to want to change more. They were both at fault.
I really, REALLY think that this ending won't cause too much trouble to their relationship 'cause it's just too good to see House happy with Cuddy. And he's so wrong!
