It's like the composers sat in a room together and agreed that every track needs to have vibes of the Slaughterhouse from Deception, and i'm so here for it. MK sounds incredible when it focuses on techno and metal.
@@KuWota2k yeah they need a blend. Like MK1's regular verison of Wu Shi Academy, Tarkatan Colony and The Hourglass are super cinematic sounding but still absolutely slap. The track needs to fit the stage, having a theme like this on a stage like the wu shi or the living forrest would sound really off. And vice versa having a cinematic theme for a stage like the Khaoseum or The Maze would sound "wrong". That was my biggest issue with mk11's ost, they'd give a SUPER grungy map like the sea of blood a generic cinematic theme
This is probably the weakest of the new Stahli tracks, and it's 10/10 and straight up fire! The man never misses, i have no clue how he's not massive at this point
Because blue stahli was Celldweller's best friend and protégé for over a decade until he surpassed celldqeller and Kay got all pissy and tried to sabotage his career. Bret is clearly doing just fine though 🤘
Blue Stahli made The Maze, Night Market, Havik's Citadel, and Khaoseum. In addition remix the original music from Nathan Gregg, and Casey Edwards. (Creating a modified version for The Corrupted Forest - Fog and Wu Shi Academy - Sunset.)
The maze (day/night)

Agreed, I miss some of the track motifs from MK11.
This is exactly it, so glad we got some of this music in mk1
They got blue stahli to do these actually
@@Jrvdh0115they got the group blue stahli to do these tracks, the singer even recently posted a video revealing that he did
Blue Stahli constantly delivers banger tracks for games
Everyone: Playing story mode, trying new characters, invasions, ToT.

Same here. I LOVE the music.

@@PianoPants I'm like that too with any game that has a banger OST. 🤣🤣🤣
Why not both?
Blue Stahli was a perfect choice for MK music. This takes me back to the Deception era

This is what MK Soundtrack should be about
Blue Stahli delivered with these new OST
I'm getting Mick, Gordon vibes from the soundtrack for most of this
No its Blue Stahli, and he much better.

This is what MK sounds like in my head. Metal, techno, and most importantly pure evil.
For those wanting more Blue Stahli, look up his self-title album, The Devil, deadchannel Trilogy, and his Antisleep 1-4! SUPERB ARTIST!
Don't forget Voxis!
Sounds like DOOM and DMC
The market stage also has the same vibes in fact all the new stages they added do which is perfect for MK in my opinion.
No its Blue Stahli, and he much better.
@@VVarning1 both are amazing, Bret and Mick should collab
It feels amazing for Mortal Kombat to have great music again. They need to stop the cinematic stuff and stay here.
They started cooking with some of the lesser tracks in Aftermath and had some bangers too in MK1 but here they went full on hype and it's neat.

@@pigmuffin3581speaking facts. I love having music like Wu Shi and this in the same game, as long as they fit the stage.
Devil may cry ?
I love this soundtrack, thank you
Look up Blue Stahli - Armageddon Remix by Entropy, theres your DMC!

Chill because why does a lot of the DLC stage music sound like Celldweller tracks. I love it 🖤

Blue Stahli came out swinging for this soundtrack!
Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Blue Stahli create all the stage themes for Khaos Reigns? Just saying because the description says Wilbert Roget II
Blue Stahli made The Maze, Night Market, Havik's Citadel, and Khaoseum.

Mick Gordon ahh music
They gotta make the music louder in the game 3:22 is so good never hear it when playing
These are so good. Thanks for uploading these. Do you get these from the files or do you record a game with only music playing?
