@@evanmisejka4062 I am sorry, but the sound of a plastic recorder can never come near to the sound of a good wooden recorder. Wood sounds so differently!
AAAAH! That takes me back to when I used to sit up in bed in the early hours and irritate the family and neighbours with my attempts at ‘The Holly and The Ivy’ aged around 7 or 8. Probably my memory is a bit hazy as I may not have sounded quite like these musicians!
These two tunes from Terpsichore appear in Playford's English Dancing Master (The Health, and Parson's Farewell). The late Dave Ricker added the second half of the first tune from Praetorius into The Health and that is how it is now performed (often paired with Parson's Farewell, also due to Ricker) at Renaissance Faires.
Always have been a fan of Praetorious, and what a joy to hear it done in this fashion. True art still lives!
È meravigliosa questa musica ,
I've loved this work since my early teens. Beautifully performed.
Just goes to show that you can make a great sound even with plastic recorders!
Most likely not plastic...
@@FlashOhJoy nope they are plastic, I use yamaha plastic recorders and they sound phenomenal still.

@@meestorn2065 I didn't say that wood wasn't better, I just said that plastic can still sound good. Obviously wood sounds better.
@@evanmisejka4062 :)
This music is like spring! And very skilfully performed, too!

Wonderful sound
Amazing ❤
what a wonderful performance!
Praetorius, genius and his Bourrée is one the most earthy and joyous pieces in the whole human music.
And this performance tends it to human dance.

Genial! Demostrando que se puede hacer buena música con flautas dulces de plástico! ( Resina A B S).
Tjs très attrayante cette musique , j'espère que votre groupe résiste au temps .Merci.

Beautiful🎶❤🎵
Nice arrangement ... and with guitar squeak effects too!
ca me fais dancer 💃💃
Very lovely performance. If this music doesn't move you, you must be dead.
Plus, it makes one's feet want to move. :-)
Doce interpretação!
Is the score for this somewhere available? I know the music well and would like to play it with the recorder orchestra I am plying in.
Hi! I can send you
How's THAT for Fairy music!?
Full of real life. How rarely medieval music is played properly!
This is not medieval but late Renaissance music
Bravo!
😮

And not cowbell?
omg
that is one masssssize recorder lol
very nice
There are even bigger ones.
Bit too much heavy attack on the notes with the descant for me, you can really hear the ‘chiff’ noise on every note…
Блокфлейты: сопрано - Ямаха. альт - Ямаха. тенор - Ямаха. Бас - Ямаха; гитара - НЕ ЯМАХА ???
have to do it for homework, bullshit
mmm pues...no esta tan mal...pero no esta bien, esta DEMASIADO vibrado para ser del renacimiento

Dommage que ça soit des flûtes en plastique ! En bois le son aurait été beaucoup plus charmant surtout dans les parties soprano !!!
