Really cool to see the villain form the first ever DB movie I watched being a counter to such end series characters. Dr. Wheelo was my main back in BT3, when I was younger I thought he had the coolest design of anyone in the game and being able to tower over the normal characters as a giant. Also if you went to tournament mode, sometimes the CPU would try to rush attack and bounce off into out of bounds. To give respect to Wheelo, he's not weaker than Raditz. He would probably be a good fight for Dodoria or Zarbon. Goku needed to go KKx4 to beat him in the beam struggle.
Dr.Wheelos official power level is 39000 which makes him stronger than even Zarbon in his transformed form which is 34000. Thats right this guy could solo Friezas left and right hand mans without trouble! XD
I had a feeling this was the move to beat the crutched-out losers using UI Goku. Big bodies in these games were always busted, I wonder if any of the great ape forms, or even Hirudegarn, might make UI and all the cheesy characters fodder too?
ssj3 goku can super dragon fist big bodies I think tapion can rush-ult them too there are a few counter-picks, but it's unlikely to run into them in a game with GT and Super characters, i think

I had my buddy use Janemba to fight people online. He hated it, but no one has any idea what to do to fight big characters. Sidesteps and regular ass punches melt them if they're passive though.
So there is a slight problem. Dr Wheelo and the other giants can be infinite comboed by 5 rush attacks and a dash forward by anyone who ignores armor or attacks from behind.
While it's strong, it costs 1 bar of ki for only 1.3k damage. You can also use a revenge counter to regain control and go for melee combat, which if you have a fast-hitting character, giants will struggle. It's a valid strategy with both ups and downs, depending on whether the opponent knows how to counter it or not.
I believe that's a mistake because Super Saiyan 4 and Gogeta and Vegeto could stagger giant enemies back in Tenkaichi series. I can't remember about Gotenks, though.
The irony that people are choosing Wheelo just for the cheese but I'd like to see how they'll do against someone that can properly defend or vanish. lol
At most they probs js gonna nerf giants that's it, having supers get knocked by because of one little line of code isnt fun but normal rush attacks will probs stay the same
so my reason for losing to dr wheelo (i main super vegeta) was because my controls kept changing during teh match. i couldnt use my big bang attack, which worked in our previous fights coz thats how i'd beat him. but when we ran into each other again in ranked, i didnt have access to big bang attack, and could only use my run super which doesnt work on dr wheelo. so i was at a major disadvantage and lost miserably. so in conclusion, when the game decides to screw you over by changing your controls, dr wheelo has them butt cheeks on target.
