Exactly. Blackholes are the engines of Galactic spin forming a group of stars always stationed in close proximity. As the oldest stars and planets eventually are recycled into energy and spit back out as High energy particle beams the blackholes become the GREAT ATTRACTOR mini version. As in the center of the universe there exist 'THE GREAT ATTRACTOR that is pulling even the galactic clusters towards it.
