I like it. I think the common thread of people who like this song (from what I've seen) is that they aren't really big fans of MC to begin with. It's got an odd chord change in the chorus (dm to fm/A flat) and a hooky, rising "down down" refrain; a pummeling, Metallica-like guitar riff; lots of fun production ear candy; a cool keyboard motif near the end of the song; and an ominous, creeping verse which gives it a moody, 90s alt-rock feel. People who want another "Girls, Girls, Girls" are going to be disappointed - an unreasonable expectation in 2024 - but I think it's a pretty good song. The lyrics are the one weak spot: They really needed to be polished up, but it's not fatal to the overall song.
I mean the CGI looks better than the KISS version. Will this be the new medium for bands that want to continue forever? Also, imagine seeing a band with a member that has past away and/or be able to play any song?
Same here as far as DL. I liked some tunes on Hysteria, as pop rock stuff, but really only the deeper tracks, i can't stand most of the singles. But once I heard Let's Get Rocked? I knew I'd never hear a Pyromania again, let alone anything close to High N Dry. Motley? Fugedaboudit. John 5 is such an odd fit.
Totally agree we all know as MC as the 80's band with SATD to Dr. Feelgood. This tune, probably cuz it's got the John 5 signature on it but I could definitely hear this being a Rob Zombie tune, only the lyrics would be better.
AI was used on Vince's voice. Not just auto-tune, but AI. Anyone could have sang it -- and AI makes it sound like Vince's 80's heyday voice. Billy Joel used same technology on his new song, too.
They use backing tapes and mime and don't play their instruments live (Sixx not even in the studio) so who would be surprised if they just got some software and asked AI to write this tune...They're definitely lazy enough to do that.
The industry source confirmed that AI is being used 100% to make the Crue's new album: "The whole thing is AI technology for the most part, there's very little if any human beings on the record."
Maybe that explains why Niki can't play bass, the real Niki could play bass, but he died and the imposter got the job because the suit fit, just like when Greg Brady got the job as Johnny Bravo because the suit fit, sounds reasonable, Rock On, 🤣
A mixture of Generation Swine and Saints of LA. Not sure whether it is better than 2012's "Sex" or 2015's "All bad things must come to an end". Needless to say about the new stuff for the lame film.
They should have called Corabi and kissed his ass and then get him a bassist and drummer John 5 can stay and then tour the 94 album playing auditoriums , I’d check that out . They can call it Motley Corabi and then the guys who don’t want to play live can stay home and collect 8 percent off the top and kick rocks
They are into money. Corabi does not bring the money. And trust mne I would love corabi to come back. But reality is no one but me, you a few others would care. And we cant fill arenas or buy a million records. They are stuck with Vince.
@@almosthuman56 exactly, I’d rather see Corabi put together a band and play most of the 94 album and some of his other tunes from Scream all the way through his career but it’s such a great album and the songs are made to be played live, I know Corabi has to be proud of that album it’s aged better than anything else in the Crue catalog and I love Shout at the Devil, Too Fast for Love and Feelgood , Wild Side kicks ass but other than that I can do without Theater and Girls although not as good as Elvis by a long shot I kinda dig their Jail House Rock cover.
Unfortunately a totally lousy song. I don't know why, but I had a little hope that they realized that there is such a thing as NWOTHM and that a song/album in the spirit of Shout At The Devil is not so old-fashioned ... they could have made us look really stupid with it. So unfortunately - as you mentioned - it's the expected bullshit. Sad.
It's not great, that's true it sounds poorly performed and Vince can't sing anymore even with studio trickery to assist but the music video is kind of fun.
Where’s the country and hip hop? I do agree that the mic mars songs are trying to sound modern as well, although, he was the heart of MC. They Should have stopped on the 1st final go around. S M G🤘
When I first heard this song, I watched the video. My first thought was, oh, this is what KISS avatars gonna be like. Vids sometime influence your audio opinion, so at first I was like... it's ok. It's not classic Crue. But then I gave it a spin on Spotify. Well, with just audio, the song is them trying to be relevant yet failing. The song is boring. And all that whoa whoa whoa down down down blah blah ugh. That's not Vinces current voice. Too much polish and just slightly off in a weird way. In a few months, it will be forgotten. Unless, for some reason, it becomes popular on the rodeo/state fair circuit.
Well, I gotta claim stoner's privilege on this one because on this first listen I didn't hate it and maybe I almost like some of it probably because at some point in my life I didn't let those badtards get me down.
They have been toast now for a long fucking time. Let's be honest they had 3 kinda ok albums ,Shout being amazing. They have lost any sense of song writing because they are so Fucking loaded with cash that they don't give a shit . Is this the shit that Bob Rock helped this ship with out a rudder . Fuck them . I own 2 Motley Crue albums on vinyl and that's it . Funny how they always follow trends and not create their own thing . The Corabi album was cool . Game fucking over .
I wouldn't pay to see Motley Backing Tracks, I'd pay to see John 5 (solo) though. Vince sounds and looks like shit. Enough already, it's time to 'hang it up'.

Mick was the heart of the band.
😂😂 there was never any HEART in MC
😂😂😂
When you started saying how the song sucks I KNEW that Sammy Hagar's name would come up. I laughed so hard 🤣
anytime nikki comes out and starts saying upcoming material is among his best written, you should run for the hills.
I love the new song, the riffs sound really good
Using cgi was the only way to make Vince look skinny.
...and with studio help, it's the best he's sounded in years.😂
I seen someone comment to play it at 1.25x speed and it makes it a little better. It kinda does but I still can’t get in to it.
Will Bob Rock play bass on the album?
Yeah he’s playing 12 string bass
As a young person all Motley Crue ever did for me was turn me on to better bands like priest
KISS Avatars are to Motley Crue's Avatars as the way Nikki treated Mic Mars is to the way the late EVH treated Michael Anthony.
They couldve found a way better fit. Jake E Lee, Warren Demartini. Never understood the hype over this John 5 character
Guess they liked his tattoos the most.
Anything with Jakes name gets a 👍from me!
I think Jake or Warren would be too good for Crue.
5 is good, but overrated like GNR, IMO!
HELL YEAH !
JAKE E.LEE. Would have been a better fit for CRUE ,
I heard about a minute and a half of it this morning......a minute and a half that I'll never get back.....that's my review
Its worse than Ace Frehley
Gotta admire how hard they must have worked to sink that low, but that is the only challenge they worked hard at lol.

My pleasure!
Rob zombie is probably laughing his ass off...
"This song sucks! But i expect that from Motley Crue." 😅
Sebastian Bach's new song is WAAAAY better than this.
Yeah, and Skid Row's new song... new singer... Oh never mind
I couldn't even finish listening to it it was so bad
I will admit it's starting to grow on me. Hated it when I first heard it. But I do think it sounds like a throw away song from Sixx AM
You know it is AI when you can understand what Vince is singing!
If the song was created by AI, AI is truly ingenious because it figured out just how much a new Crue song would suck in 2024.
haha
When Sammy Hagar gives a thumbs up to a current Crüe song, you know it’s bad!
They use backing tapes and mime and don't play their instruments live (Sixx not even in the studio) so who would be surprised if they just got some software and asked AI to write this tune...They're definitely lazy enough to do that.
