jesus likes to use parable. and most of the words that came out of his mouth were metaphors. He said that when talking about heaven, it is like mustard seeds and yeast. However, we do not literally understand that heaven is yeast. The same goes for hell. Jesus expressed the judgment fire on the day of the last as a metaphor, not literally hell as a place to suffer forever.

There is only one place of safety, one place of salvation - the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ that paid the full debt of all our sin. Our biggest mistake is to think that Christ's sacrifice alone is not enough, that we have to add to it our own righteousness and holiness before God will accept us. But God imputes the righteousness of Christ to us as a free gift when we trust in His blood sacrifice alone and not rely on our own holiness also. We are not worthy to have a relationship with God, no matter how holy we try to live. But God offers it as a gift through what Jesus did for us, through His blood that flowed to cleanse us from our sins.
It is all Jesus or it's all you but it is not a combination of the two.
"For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their OWN righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness OF GOD.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."
      (Romans 10:3-4)
"But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away."
      (Isaiah 64:6)
Christ is the righteousness of God. This means to be right with God we need HIS righteousness to be imputed to us. We cannot partly rely on our own holiness and good works to be right with God. If we try to add anything to what Christ has already done, we negate what He has done, we make it ineffective on our part. It is like this: Jesus plus nothing (except faith in Jesus) equals everything, but Jesus plus anything equals nothing.
"Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace."
      (Galatians 5:4)
The only way to be declared righteous by God is by faith in the blood sacrifice of Jesus. It is not by works, it is by faith. Faith means that you realise that you are totally unworthy of it, that none of your own merits or goodness can ever earn it for you, and that you humble yourself and receive it as a gift through what Jesus did.
God declares you righteous the moment you believe the Good News of your salvation, that Christ died for your sins, was buried and rose from the dead on the third day (see 1 Corinthians 15:1-4). The moment you believe this and you stop trusting in yourself you are born from above, born again into God's kingdom and washed from your sins by the precious blood of Jesus.
"And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood."
      (Revelation 1:5)
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast."
      (Ephesians 2:8-9)
So it is not about saying a prayer, inviting Christ into your heart and becoming a religious person. This won't save you. It's about you humbly believing and receiving what Jesus has already done to pay your sin-debt through His blood sacrifice, without you trying to partly earn it through your own goodness and holiness. When you believe like this you will be cleansed from your sins by the precious blood of Jesus and God will send the Spirit of His Son into your heart and you will be given the righteousness of Christ in your spirit as a free GIFT. You will be born again and become a new creature in Christ, in your spirit. By God’s working you will become one spirit with Christ.
“But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” (1 Corinthians 6:17)
God's standard is sinless perfection, and Jesus is that standard. Only His righteousness is acceptable to the Father. Only His life perfectly pleased the Father. The Father imputes to us the perfection of Christ, His good works, His righteousness and His holiness, as a free gift when we trust in His blood atonement for our sins.
Faith is our part. It is our childlike trust that what Jesus did for us is real, that it is sufficient, and we receive it from Him as a gift, knowing that we cannot earn it, work for it or deserve it from God in any way; and that we continue in this trust, firmly, every day.
If you are not covered by the blood of Jesus Christ you are not saved. We get covered by His blood by believing in our heart that only His blood sacrifice atoned for our sins. Our religious works, our sincere efforts toward holiness will not save us in the Day of Judgement. Only by being covered by the blood can we ever be saved. We get covered by the blood by believing the Good News as presented to us in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4:
      "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
      For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures."
We can't make it to heaven on our own righteousnessess, they are as filthy rags (menstrual cloths) before God. We can only enter by being clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ. God imputes the righteousness of Jesus to us when we are fully persuaded that His righteous blood was shed as the full and final payment for our sins and that none of our own efforts can ever save us from God’s righteous judgment on our sins.
It is Jesus’ good works, His perfection, His obedience that saves us, not ours.
      Romans 5:19
[19]For as by one man's [Adam's] disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one [Jesus Christ] shall many be made righteous.
      Romans 1:16-17
[16]For I am not ashamed of the gospel [the good news] of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
[17]For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
      Hebrews 10:38
[38]Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
      Galatians 3:10-11
[10]For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
[11]But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith [by receiving righteousness from God as a free gift through what Jesus did for us].
      Galatians 4:4-6
[4]But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
[5]To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
[6]And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
      Habakkuk 2:4
[4]Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
      Romans 11:6
[6]And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
      Romans 3:26-28
[26]To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
[27]Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
[28]Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
      Romans 4:4-8
[4]Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
[5]But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
[6]Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
[7]Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
[8]Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
      Romans 5:1,9
[1]Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
[9]Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
      Hebrews 10:10,14,17,19,22-23
[10]By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
[14]For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
[17]And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
[19]Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
[22]Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
[23]Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
      Revelation 1:5
[5]And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood.
All glory to Jesus Christ, who has saved us by His blood, the blood of the cross.

@@barbarapatterson4132 There are a lot of versions of Jesus out there. The churches teach that Jesus is God Himself, yet he never claimed any such thing. He said over and over again that he is God's Son. They have made him equal to his Father, something He absolutely refused to do. They have removed his Father's name Jehovah from His own word in order to give preeminence to the son. They have supplanted the Father with the Son, in direct contradiction of the Son's own words, " It is Jehovah your God you must worship and to Him alone you must render sacred service". Matthew 4:10.
So if someone is surrendering their life to a made up Jesus that does not exist, a pagan trinity god not taught in the scriptures, then they are wasting their time. Simply invoking his name and attaching it to things he did not teach is useless. This is exactly why he warned about those saying " Lord, Lord (claiming to be his followers) when he returns, only to be told AT THAT TIME, " Get away from me ! I never knew you". Matthew 7:22

This video, and church are exactly what I asked for. I am so glad your uncle sent you this video, God is so good, and these churches are so rare. I can't go to church in person, and every other church in RUclips either doesn't speak to us online, as we exist, or doesn't preach the reality of the good news. Every once in a while, God has used the broken to speak to me, but it's clear that elevation "church" and others are not God's preachers and sheep. I hope they all come to the good news, as we have today, the real word feels much better than any "feel good message" that they use for bags of the people's money. Thank God for you, I know that God made us brothers and sisters to one another for the good of each other, and I love it! I was 8 and depressed. I secretly thought of running in front of a truck; I wanted to die. Mom must have known my thoughts because she said if someone is hit by a car they might not die, but instead put them in a wheelchair for life. I did not want that of course so I begged from the bottom of my heart, crying in private for God to help me. As years passed, God sent me helpful people; He led me to choices that I could not undo. Now, as I near the end of my life, I know that since I was 8, God’s plan unfolded slowly in my life and now, everything is so clear, God’s plan makes sense. Praise God!

Jonas, LISTEN TO ME PLEASE. Human kind enter this world "DEAD IN THEIR SINS" DEAD!!!result in being born again. This is why Jesus said one MUST BE BORN AGAIN . Now, we need "a resurrection before one 'can follow' or 'obey' . Those thoughts and words do not give one a new birth. This new birth comes ONE WAY. Which is to trust in/on Christ for the Forgiviness of our sins allowing God to enter us in His Holy Spirit. NOTICE!! That the critical thinking/what makes Christianity different from the false religions that are based on a 'ladder system' , ie, climbing to God . Christ instead insists that it is not doing good, or to 'make a repentance by changing this or that," Please read all the comments , where people imply that all is good because "they have given their life to Christ." God disallows ANY thinking that steals any glory from God, thus to be saved, can only come when one admits, he is helpless without accepting and trusting thjat Christ is the forgiver and the giver of all grace. This is often rejected because "it is too easy" But that thinking is disrespectful to God, because "it was the furthest thing from "Easy" for the Son of God that could be. Stay away from emphasis on what we do, rather than amazement that salvation is open to anyone who believes in this good news. HE CAME FOR THOSE THAT HE HAD CHOSEN BEFORE THE WORLD WAS.

Jonas. Repentance is the first step. If you realize that you need Him you must know why. You heard about hell, but you need to know the love of Yeshua (Jesus) as well. (John 3:16)He have His Life that you can now become His Child. Read. John 1:12. God is a Holy God and can't look at sin. That is why Jesus paid for yours and mine. Genuine repentance can only happen if we realize how far from God we are in our sins and conviction motivates us to repent. Jesus accepts you with open arms!! You will sin again But know that He forgives and has made you righteous before His Father

@Magare Govedo on the contrary, too many are glazing over the fact that Hell exists. Trying to push a prosperity gosple rather than the gosple of truth. Yes, hell is a real place for real people who denied God and reveled in their unrighteousness. No, God has no intention of sending you there unjustly. And this was the purpose for Christ on earth, his eventual death and glorious resurrection, to save us from Hell, all who believe in him.

Obedience or rebellion - which will you choose, is the question that we all face ?
We can submit to His spirit (plead, confess, depend on HIS strength and goodness), or we can live as if there is no consequence to disobedience and the laws that are set in stone.

      "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
      For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

When it is spoken where we may say, “that should be punished”, the irony I found is that when, and if I were to say those words, a feeling of conviction hovers over me, because it reminds me that before I judge, I am first being reminded that I too may have walked that same path of conviction. Praise Lord Jesus Christ, and in His Name, Amen. ❤️

      "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
      For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

Too many people under imagine God's Holy Awesome Intensity. And because of it, there is very little fear of God in the world. Pastor Craig, great job! How inspiring and encouraging to hear a rep from the younger generation preach with conviction and balance. Your brief description of Gehenna is eye opening - I have never heard it quite like that. Keep up the great work - Lord, give greater clarity and insight to this pastor that obviously really loves you. Thank you for him, and every pastor taking a stand in this challenging time! In Jesus' Name!!

jesus likes to use parable. and most of the words that came out of his mouth were metaphors. He said that when talking about heaven, it is like mustard seeds and yeast. However, we do not literally understand that heaven is yeast. The same goes for hell. Jesus expressed the judgment fire on the day of the last as a metaphor, not literally hell as a place to suffer forever.

@@watchman895 No you have been deceived! There is most definitely a literal place that was created to punish Satan and all his followers, all demons and everyone who has rejected him! The scriptures plainly states that many times. Read and study the word of God! I can assure you there are too many accounts of those who have actually died but were brought and they lived to tell their testimony of their experience in that place.
What you believe is EXACTLY what Satan wants you to believe! One of his biggest deceptions he uses. Just because someone doesn't believe it litterally exits, doesn't make true. Oh it exists alright, whether anyone believes it or not, and I'd sure hate to be in that person's shoes, only to find that out too late!😱
May God open your eyes and reveal the truth to you in Jesus Name! Sending ❤ and Praying 🙏for you!
