  • It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded a Lindsey performance. These days I prefer to just take the whole show in with my own eyes. But I couldn’t resist capturing Ice Storm, it’s one of my new favorites

    • @ecospider5
      @ecospider5 Год назад +1

      @123luizfelipecesario That could be. My ears are not trained well enough to hear that level of detail from a violin.
      There is also the fact a $1M violin sounds way better than a $10,000 violin. I can’t imagine she has the more expensive one on stage.

      No. No Playback. It is always LIVE.
      Lindsey always plays live. She has said that she tried "faking" it once and it just looked ridiculous. Because it is way too hard to sync the violin playing to the music. And it looks way too obvious. Lindsey has been playing the violin for 30 years and she added dancing 18 years ago. They say to be an expert at something, you need 10,000 hours. Lindsey has 30,000 hours. Every concert and show has been SOLD-OUT. Would you buy a ticket to a "fake" show? Lindsey has 13.7 million subs, 3.7 billion views, 131 music videos, hundreds of misc. videos, 6 full albums, 24 violins, and has toured the world many times.
      Lindsey is a Professional. She doesn't need to fake it. And this is how she usually does her videos...
      First, she travels to the location with several cameras. Then she records her song as she plays it with her many cameras. Then she takes all the footage home and edits the best parts together. She really loves to edit all her videos. The editing program, Adobe Premiere Pro, allows her to add any background voices and accompanying music to the videos and do some mixing as needed. And it allows her to tweak any visuals she wants. Then with the final video, she uploads it right then and there, usually within a day or two. See? No fuss, no muss. No wasting time, effort, or money running back and forth to a studio. That's how smart she is. She is a Professional. The only time she uses the studio is to record her albums. So, when you do a vine, a vlog, a tweet, or a TikTok, you mute the sound, run to a studio then add the sound? You do know that some cameras have mics, don't you? Why not do things right the first time? So...after each concert, she takes everyone's camera and cell phone to the studio and adds the sound? Come on guy, you're smarter than that. Or do you think that she can only be recorded on stage? Is she really that scared of the outdoors?
      Don't tell me - _”That’s not the way The Industry does it.”_
      When Lindsey started, "The Industry" didn't want her. Every manager and record label didn’t want her and didn't know how to classify her and where to put her. Even the judges on America's Got Talent said that what she did was "Unmarketable". Then she found Devin Supertramp and he became her cinematographer. And he taught her about RUclips. She was so happy. She could do her music HER WAY. She didn't have people telling her how to dress, where to go, what songs to do, how to do her music, when to do the songs, etc. Lindsey was the boss. No one told her that she wasn't doing her videos right because "The Industry" wasn't around. It didn't want anything to do with her. Lindsey also learned not to rely on studios too much. She couldn't afford them. She had to barter with them saying that if they worked with her then she would let them record her playing their songs. Lindsey was literally "the struggling artist.”

      Actually, Lindsey wasn't. This is how Lindsey started...
      When Lindsey was about 5 years old, her father would take Her family (mom and 2 sisters) to free orchestral concerts in the city. Lindsey said that the first-chair violinist always tuned the orchestra and got the big solos. She saw that as being the Star of the show. Lindsey would beg her parents for violin and dance lessons. They could not afford both, so after going to one class each, she decided on the violin. Lindsey started with a rented violin because they couldn’t afford one. And since age 6 (1992), she has been violining to this day, (30 years). She was trained in Classic Violin for the first 12 years. Then one day in High School, she needed money for college, so she entered the Arizona Junior Miss Pageant. She noticed that around 6 other violinists were competing. She wanted to win, so she added dance to her playing. She wanted to entertain and perform, not just impress everyone.
      ruclips.net/video/SIp_Q4DQ8uU/видео.html
      Of course, she won. After that, she decided to play the music she likes. She started adding hip-hop, then EDM, then dubstep. She has always practiced her violining...half an hour to an hour, 6 days a week. After she would practice, she would reward herself by playing something she wanted. She has said the key is perseverance.
      Actually, she learned how to dance through RUclips videos. Growing up, Lindsey and her 2 sisters would dance to the Classical records their parents would play. Lindsey has always loved to dance. Lindsey was on Dancing With The Stars and Dance Showdown. And Lindsey has had about a week of Tap and a week of Ballet. Lindsey also learned a little from friends and choreographers. Lindsey was born to dance.

      Она уже есть. Возможно, вам стоит посмотреть больше одного видео. Кроме того, чего вы ожидали? Стойки на руках? Колеса? Есть только так много танцевальных движений, которые можно сделать. Я удивлен, что ты этого не знаешь. И во время ее тура по Артемиде я увидел несколько вещей, которых она раньше никогда не делала. Линдси позволяет музыке трогать ее. Вот как она могла так хорошо делать свои видео Just Dance 4, On The Floor Take Three, Prism и Shadows. И неудивительно, что она знает и танцует лучше тебя.

      @timgrant1219 I could not find the actual comment when you replied to me so I will just use this one. Thanks for taking the time to type out some of her history. I didn’t know most of that. On a comment Lindsey made to her Santa Baby video she mentioned she improved her ballet dancing and learned ballet point. I had never looked up how much ballet training she had but just watching her you could tell she wasn’t just making it up as she went along.
      So I’m going to stick with my statement that she is classically trained. From what you said that probably is not decades worth. But even a month or 2 of real classical ballet changes how a dancer does everything. She is also now at a point that she is surrounded by artists with decades of training within their art. Be that dance, singing, or other instruments. And that definitely shows up in her abilities.

      Судя по всему, нет, если вы не можете различить разницу между ее танцами. Просто оставайтесь в школе, и вы узнаете много интересных вещей. А до тех пор просто спроси свою мамочку, и она тебе поможет. Кроме того, единственное, что пусто, - это ваш мозг.
