Thanx! It was fun to do. One of the first boardgame vids I did. One version is listed here but I dont know anything about what they're selling other than what's on that page www.enterprisegames.com/index.php/games/board-games/huggin-rail/ Edit: It says '0' on stock but that's an interesting site. It doesn't look like ebay has it.
Thanx very much for saying that! It's interesting how black car had 6's & 5's in a row which I didn't show much of just the result of almost lapping cars then the dice went cold. There was an ebb & flow to the race which was interesting for a game that looks so simple. I'll have to try it turning left like a regular race but I'm not sure it would feel like the same game lol
Very cool game They should remake this one. When the video started I thought for sure this was a mechanical race game they used to make with similar cars with moving wheels. The track was metal and would oscillate making the cars go around the track. Nice video,
Thanx! I think I've seen something like that. I added" board" game back into the title. I changed the title and left the word board out so that's probably when you saw it. We have electric football and baseball games from the 50's - 70's including a Bob Griese one I've never seen before my Grandma bought. I also have a Woolworth's Dept Store branded race horse game but I don't think it works but could still show it because its unique. It's a figure 8 but has an escalator type of device that gets the horses with riders behind them up to a second level. It's in my closet I'd have to pull it out to remember exactly.
Thanx! The lane locator is interesting. So simple but a lot of fun. The pack does thin out after the first lap but there's enough cars bunched together that the lane locator is still relevant. No one would use the outside of the track after the firs roll but it's a good-looking game! Of course as a kid I'd just race the cars around without actually playing the game lol
Cool for an old game, but this game is almost completely reliant on rolling high numbers. Very little decisions to make. Formula D is probably the spiritual successor of this game. You still have to roll well, but you can shift gears to roll better dice.
Nice. It plays well for an old game. I just looked that up on BGG it looks like the two box tops are different 1958 vs 1961. The Basket-Ball and Milton Bradley Which Witch? games I have up also have variations over the years.
@@CollectionTHX1138 it's a fun simple game. I wish they'd make more games like this instead of the complex ones. I'm gonna do a video of the game I got soon I hope.
Lol Memories! I have a Bob Griese electric football game that's larger than normal and had stadium lights I have to break out. She knew I liked the Fins back then and got that to keep at her house. It sounded like it wasn't cheap and I haven't seen it anywhere so I should show it. She also had little toy soldier marines. They were a blue color but not exactly a solid plastic almost a little bit of a sheen to them. I also found her Colonel Sanders bank in storage. I think it was a mail away or something. That one deserves it's own vid lol
What a cool game! Wouldn't mind getting my hands on this one, your video really did a great job showing it off.

Great video and fun game. I love the streamlined cars and the randomized device.
What a great game! Thanks for the insightful review and play thru! I'm really enjoying these videos!
