I think this new feature it's kind of neat. When I'm lazy I can send everyone to 24 hr jobs. I don't like that we have to pay for using it, but when you are lazy or in a time bind it's useful.

I like this feature a lot, it saves so much time. I kind of don't mind having to tap them when they are done. Nice video KC, I have looked at some of your old ones and your speech has improved a ton. :3

I'm glad they added this, but I've got 115 tasks atm, so I've not got many characters doing stuff that's not for a task

The reason why not all characters are on 1 job thing is because it's only the characters that have a job for the time it says, if that makes any sense. So basically any character that doesn't have a 60 min job when you push the button to send all characters on a 60 min quest aren't included

it sends them out on jobs but then you have to tap on them to collect them :( i am so lazy

My characters aren't doing their quests when I used the unemployment center and now i can't use the unemployment center any one know how to fix this

Because at the point you get the job management it will take a few minutes to send everyone on their quest so it's just to speed up the process

It is unlocked upon starting the Between Jobs questline. Just keep playing the game and exhausting the quests in your task bar. It should pop up eventually.
