vlc audio not working solve in less than 30 secs

sadly my VLC 3.0.11 doesn't have that as an option:0( And none of the other drop down options work.

hey it’s been a while so you’ve probably fixed it now but if not, i also didnt have the option but if you go tools-preferences-all (bottom left)-output modules(under audio)-there’s an option to choose waveout there

This worked great! When updating VLC 2 to VLC 3.0.6 the sound for all of my mts files disappeared. I performed this tip and the problem was solved in less than 30 secs.
