Do it, talk is cheap and if it is your passion research different schools and decide which one is best for you. Just know it will be the hardest thing you have ever done. If it was easy everyone would do it. The only way to succeed is to have the raw determination, willpower, and heart, failure is only because of a lack of those

How to get into Le Cordon Bleu? Pay the £30,000+ fee and you're in. It's not Julliard or Harvard, if you've got the moolah - you've got entry.

@@alkatheery13 if u do it as a university course (with management) it’s £9250 yearly.
Quick insight as a student, they will make you pay £500 for chef equipment (knives, kitchen tools, jacket, pants, cloths)
I would recommend going if you know your way around a chef kitchen cus they expect you to that much basic knowledge

Host was a bit ignorant/naive - All good though. Katharyn was a pleasure to listen to, very humble - expected nothing less from a chef/scholar from Le Cordon Bleu.

Do it. Graduated at 42 from Cordon Bleu from Italy. Loved it. But you should have a higher goal than just working as a cook/chef forever. Maybe owning your own restaurant, catering service etc. hope you understand. 👍

    • @shuangesther

Oh yes, this might look odd but this was a large career fair with in person events. Hence the chef coat. The radio interview was just one of many events that day :)
