What I think is that he will tell his whole family about what Zoya told him about his body double. So they can be aware of that and Ranvijay can craft some soecial traits which Zoya doesn't know. And in case Aziz approaches any of his family member pretending to be RanVijay, they can spot him by Aziz missing those special traits RanVijay told them to look for. Those special traits can be a little cut on the face, a hidden tatto on the arm or whatever... I guess that's how Aziz would get caught.

As we seen in animal part 1 the ending is abhay (son of ranvijay) run to his father and believes his father is a superhero as same ranvijay believed maybe the same history will be repeating while ranvijay and aziz would be fighting there will be abhay who will save his father as ranvijay did.
