But personally I'm afraid of the optimization many people complain about the heating and the battery and it might take a good amount of time before it gets fixed.

Not so much difference. The performance is almost same but 8 gen 2 is old and fully optimized as compared to 8s gen 3 which is new and not fully optimized.

Bro if i do a normal gaming of 3 to 4hrs per day will this phone face motherboard issue ? After how much time?
I am using it for more than 40 days and no issues at all

It's default. No need of any gfx tool or custom rom

Sorry to say but on poco f5 you'll only get 90 fps not 120 even after using gfx tools or custom roms

@@Lone-WOLFPlays yes im playing pubgm with game turbo off 90 fps its running smooth and also turn down resolution of screen recording but the sound delay is there

@@Lone-WOLFPlays Brother, some time ago I played bgmi in Poco X5 Pro which was a 2 year old mobile, I was gaming at 40 fps but there was no lag or heating issue at all.Then it is such a powerful processor
Poco's all mobiles are too good for gaming. F series is the top performing series of poco.
