I have a question. Can we shake our voice while we are Reading Quran? The hofiz is shaking his voice- example amma yata sooooooaluuun. ? Is it fine to shake letter o ? Is there any link to who can explain it ? Does shaking letters change the meaning of the word ? Just want explanation, thank you.

There is تجوید rule . It is مد . Some time it is 4 counts and sometimes 6 counts .
