The struggles you both suffered in your early years were a complete letdown and it hurts my heart. Look at how much you’ve overcome. You are both an inspiration.

I'm 56 and try to do something everyday to keep my brain sharp. Play Sodoku, craft or make something, walk, healthy foods, and I try to use an image to memorize things. Loved this video. Thank you. ❤

So grateful for this today. Going to the store later and using the memorization technique...now if I could only remember what I needed in the 1st place.

My husband had an Ischemic stroke in Nov. '23 and has transcordial aphasia. There is currently no written protocol in place for effective recovery. This can be very disheartening to those affected and their caregivers.
The brain is an amazing organ and can heal if given the opportunity with new techniques in learning and nutrients.
Our journey has just begun. This book will be added to our library of knowledge.

Thank you, Dr Axe! You bring it every day and add value! You and what you provide are a blessing! I remembered all 10! One thing I’m going to do is intentionally consume brain food weekly.

Excellent video!! My mother had dementia so I’m very interested in gaining information on the brain. Loads of info in this video but the last thing he said was so true and valuable…..what we see we take care of. I’ve known that to be true for myself.

Due to the negligence of his father, my son(2-3 years old) flipped out of a shopping 🛒 cart in the parking lot head first into the concrete. I told his pediatrician that I wanted a brain 🧠 image to which he asked did his personality change, did he go to sleep. He always took a nap around that time. So I said yes. He said well if anything changes let me know. Years later now my son has worse vision than myself. I would like to see what faith and some things to help his brain 🤕🧠 could do. I nursed him three years, so he is smart but I can tell this fall has shown up in vision and processing, blue screens don't help. Unfortunately he uses them for school.
