Lyrics:
I woke up today with this feeling.
That better things are coming my way.
And if the sunshine has a meaning,
Telling me not to let things get in my way
When the rainy days are dying,
Gotta keep on, keep on trying
All the bees and birds are flying
Ahhhh...
Never let go gotta hold on and
Non stop 'til the break of dawn and
Keep on moving, don't stop rocking Ahhhh... - Видеоклипы
Who's listening in 2024 ☺
Heyooooo 🙋🏻♀️
Only us absolute legends!
the ones that know what positive lyrics sound like!
Born in 92 so hell yea
Hi
No matter how cheesy these songs were...the late 90s/early 2000s had songs that gave you so much life, love and innocence. You just knew that life was good. And it's sad how music isn't like this today. And if we had songs like this today...people would just ignore it in favor of sexualize music and musicians who can't sing worth shit.
Good thing it came out when it did.
WORD!!
💯
Not in a bit cheesy,we was very young and music support us.Still is.
ur literally waffling LMAOOOO
LITERALLY 2023 AND THIS SONG IS STILL STUCK IN MY HEAD!❤
Same as you :) just yesterday found myself dancing in front of the mirror
HI
That's great! Songs like this one and boy bands like five, boyzone and the backstreet boys never disappear from the minds of the people who love them and their music 🎶🎵❤
U r not alone good song 😂
Same still a classic
2024 anyone with me ❤️❤️❤️❤️😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤
I'm 28 in a low paid job but those lyrics 'I know its not much but it's ok keep on moving on anyway' make me realise how lucky I am just to have enough for a roof over my head and to just keep living.
Bullshits
It will come good trust me
You can have more if you want! You just need to get clear on what you want, put in the effort, and you can have it!
Wau very good!!!
`You will own nothing and you will be happy` - Klaus Schwab, The Great Reset
This was on repeat on my CD player when I was a teenager. I'm nearly 40 now and it still puts a smile on my face. I miss the 90s so much.
yep one minute your listening to the offspring in 2007 with a your skateboard there next thing your 34
I miss too

This song takes me right back to my 13 year old self... I was bullied real bad in school, I felt suicidal some days, I remember listening to this song before school and it would give me the strength to see another day through school. To everyone else this is just a song, but this song saved my life, the lyrics touched my heart in a way that I could never explain. Sounds silly but this song will always be special to me.
🥰🥰🥰that’s beautiful, hope you’re ok now @the complete diet
might try that
Bless you you are beautiful dont forget that x
Im glad its not just me this song saved ♡ not for the same reasons but honestly i always come back to this song as a reminder that things get better ♡
God bless you, but I hope you realise that bullies are often insecure, weak, cowards who are deflecting attention from themselves. Should your paths cross again in life you'll find some have grown up and others are bullies all their lives. But the main thing is you've shown strength in character and have got through it all and that is something to be very proud of, I admire your courage xx
2021 still rocking out to this 😭

one thing i noticed, a lot of these old school groups had songs with really uplifting and inspiring messages. never thought about the meaning as a kid but recently im listening and wow, pretty nice lyrics.
Old school, lol. You must be about 15. And that was three years ago.
3 years ago lol. it came out in 1999. maybe you're too young to remember?
also, lighten up bro. life aint that bad. :D
did you just copy the whole comment from Lord Humungus ?? (see above)
@@RP-rc3hc you have no idea how old this is, have you?
Oh no, rest assured, I know the derivation of this turd. It's a pathetic excuse for three minutes first tossed into this world in 1999, as a reluctant Catholic mother shits out a rapist's baby. The lyrics have all the depth of a cheesecake. If you're listening to this and bouncing along to its crude beat, then you truly have nothing between your ears other than the sweet air and a pound of wax. Try not to make your suicides too bloody, eh? Somebody has to clean it up.
I wish i was a kid again dancing to this in my room without a care or worry, brings a tear to my eye. Now i have to worry about hitting targets at work, paying the rent and keeping my wife and kids fed.
And the seasons they go 'round and 'round
And the painted ponies go up and down
We're captive on the carousel of time
We can't return we can only look behind
From where we came
And go round and round and round
In the circle game
theprophet20 Bit weird if you ask me
Lyrics of song, it just means we can't go back.
ok
Shouldn't have had kids
Sometimes I think this is the greatest 3 minute pop song ever. Absolutely beautiful.
These were the Glory Days of Proper Good Pop Music, everything was all innocent and happier back then.
One thing i noticed, a lot of these old school groups had songs with really uplifting and inspiring messages. never thought about the meaning as a kid but recently Iv'e been listening and wow, pretty nice lyrics.
+Lord Humungus OMG I mega agree with this comment so true! On another note though I keep staring at all their eyebrows :P
that's soo true !! they hardly sang about sex or getting High
+Lord Humungus I feel it's really pre-911 vs post-911 music.
+Lord Humungus For real bruh!
+Lord Humungus especially the first phrase of the song (the part that Abs sings) sets me in a good mood
they don’t make music like this anymore, but i’m greatful i was around for this when i was young 💜
I'm 52 and think this must be the best song I have ever heard for a feel good factor over the years. Even my daughter knows the words and out of the blue we just sing it together, makes me smile big time . My grandson likes it now and he's 4, so think it's gonna be about for another 70 odd years now. Thankyou 5ive
...Me 39 ))))Nostalgia...

@@arunicahom-choudhury1641 me too honey l❤️five they were amazing in the 90s had posters all over my bed room wall had a big crush on Scott Jay still love them both so much now ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This and S Club 7 who were around at the same time. Fun guilty pleasures.
"I KNOW IT'S NOT MUCH BUT IT'S OK"
I'm howling, 8year old me felt this was so inspiring, 24 years later I'm like actually, same
Love how this song talks about staying positive. Despite the bad. One of my favorites.
This helps lift my mood when I am depressed.
Every time the large-jawed man with the eyebrow ring looks at me and sings the chorus, I know everything's gonna be alright.
@@ghoulunathics as a non straight guy he could fart in bed and get away with it 😂

😂😂😂😂
His jaw glows with warmth hinting that everything's gonna be alright.
This brings back the memories! I was living in the Czech Republic in 1999 and this was on MTV Europe all the time - the TV was on in the corner of the office at all times so I couldn't escape it :) I can't believe it was 22 years ago, it feels just like yesterday ...
This was my favourite song back in the day, what a throwback. I love Five!
Hell yeah, mine too 🤘🏼
Who else here listening to their childhood jams
Me
No gotta do a play with the song in it
No technically you'd have to listened to it when you are a child
nah i'm old. I just liked this song when it came out :3
MEEEE !!! lol
" Sometimes you feel like life has no meaning but I know things will be alright in the end." My fave line of all time. I would listen to this whenever I'm stressed and depressed back then and until now this is one of the songs that could lift up my mood on a bad day.

Those were the days when songs had so much meaning and were unforgettable-it is 2023 and I am listening to this epic song!
It's 2022, and this song, with the lyrics, still have a meaning :) this song will always keep spirits high and will always show me there's so much to live even if you feel all is lost
I completely agree Luke! 🤗

The second I hear the intro of this song I get a nostalgic feeling deep inside of me that I can't even describe. I just wanna go back to the late 90's and early 00's.
When I was a young guy this song used to be my medicine against sad moments. It still is!
back when music was about feeling good and pushing through while appreciating every little thing
In retrospect I admire that this is a boy band song that says 'sometimes I feel that life has no meaning, but I know things will be alright in the end'.
Aye
Almost 25 years since this was released and still an absolute tuuuune 👏🏻
I can't believe this was the inspiration for Netflix's The Platform.
What that show about?
Just to be clear, that was a joke. That being said, The Platform is a really good horror movie that I recommend to anyone who's into vaguely dystopian, social commentary horror.
@@archerdork7116
Bruh I thought you were being serious for a sec 💀
Heard this on the radio recently. Listened to the lyrics properly. Never realised as a kid that the song is about depression.
One very nostalgic song, but always a pleasure to think about the '90s! I wish more songs and boy-bands like this would still exist and be fashionable nowadays.
One of my favourite "go-to" songs when I'm feeling low - "...things will be alright in the end".
Just one of many reasons why the 90's was the best time to be a kid!
No internet
@@berrysnake exactly why it was better back then
No it wasn't. The 80's were much better.
@@sandgrownun66 Nope.
The 80's had better music overall, granted.
I'll give you that.
But it was so much better, that it was music for grown ups, because the grown ups would've known how to understand and appreciate it for the genius it was, and would've been able to go out and bust a move to it, and get the most out of it.
But the 90's had better music for kids, for kids to just vibe to.
The 90's also had the best cartoons.
@@Dave_61 You don't know what your talking about. The music of the 80's sounded new. The 90's just recycled old sounds. The 80's were the best for films and TV too. Plenty of iconic stuff from that decade. The 90's were pretty boring by comparison.
2024 still one of the most amazing groups
5 year old at school discos. Miss those days... However, i've heard it on nights out at a few clubs now i'm 19. Every 90s kid loves this song.
How would you know? You're not even a 90's kid.
GuardianKiss
I remember being 4 years old in 1999
In the 90s music are not only real but inspiring. Thats what good music is really about - spreading joy and lifting people up through the message. Even darker pop rock songs from Linkin Park also help people stand up in their darkest moments. What about songs now?
All music is shit nowadays
Music from this era reminds me of a time before the whole world went to shit. No coronavirus, no endless wars, no economic hardships like we've had in the past.
I mourn the adulthood that this music made me as a kid envision I would have.
Still sounds fresh and hasn’t dated brings back great memories of simpler times 🤗
My son used to hear that song since he was born in 1999 and I think he'll still listen to it. Five is a cool boyband!
What a tune to run to in the morning ... Up yours COVID19... you won't break us. Stay healthy people ❤️
Man, this song is like a thoughtful present from the past. Makes you feel good each time you play it for yourself

This song brings back so many happy memories for me. Ah the good old days how I miss you. Life was easier then. This music was decent compared to the newer stuff
Lol.. Can never forget 90s pop boybands. BSB, Boyzone, Westlife, Code Red, Nsync, Five, 98 Deg, Hanson. Any other boybands I miss?

Just a few: LFO, B3, Blue, Natural, O-Town... (but perhaps more 00s) Anyway, there are plenty which we don't even know :)

S Club had at least 3 girls, so does that still count as a boyband? I don't know, but still - yeah good times!
When I am stress or not in a good mood, this song always cheer me and I been a fan of 5ive since I was a teenager. I know Jay as well, he and I used to talk on myspace, but we lost all contact. I hope he is doing well. I love my 5 bad boy and I missed them as well, we hope to see them all together again because they own it up to their fan. Music isn’t the same without them. Their the only boyband that I will listen to and till this day, I’m still rocking with their music in 2023. By the way, they did a comeback for this song last year and it was nice to listen to again. I love it! 5ivers forever!
This tune come on the radio this morning doing the school run. What a belter. Haven’t heard it for years. I’m still buzzing 😊
