It does feel that way whenever he tried to put more focus on a story driven arc instead of a breadcrumbs trail that happens to tie to a big event. With this just changing a few jokes and visuals, but going scene for scene with no deviation whatsoever does feel like he is running out of ideas or playing it save by cashing in on Nostalgia to keep his weekly upload schedule on track.
