- The Drunken Tourist and DT's Wife took in the beautiful but rude town of Palermo Sicily. Follow our travels through Palermo Sicily, located in Western Sicily. Palermo Sicily is know as the street food capital of Southern Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palermo but did have some incidents that did not reflect well on Palermo. The highlight of our trip was the Luxury Cruiser Car that took us on a 3 hour tour of Palermo. Palermo is a beautiful and tourist-friendly city in Italy. I visit Palermo every year and I love it.
Really, only DRUNKEN tourists could think Palermo isn't friendly. I mett there the most friendly, warm and helpful poeple. What a strange titel to this video.

I don't understand the title of this video. To be accused to be "the least frendly city in italy" is very out of place. There are not unfriendly cities, there are unfriendly people, regardless of where they live.

This is the first I ever heard Palermo is unfriendly. I'm going in June I'm sure they are just as wonderful as I've seen in other videos.

If you feel treated unfriendly... May be a reason that you don't speak the language, not understand the soul of this culture and this town + many foreigners and the hundreds of thousands of Tourist coming every year often are not able to be quiet and listen to the soul of this ancient ancient place... But instead behave the same they behave at home... When I came there first I was shocked... But the soul of this town made me fall in love very quietly and slowly over months walking in these ancients streets... but now I truly and deeply love palermo
Yep standing and having a drink in a party market could be considered inconsiderate of the culture when we recieved spit bullets to our cheeks.

Unfriendly 😂 are you avin a laugh. I got lost and asked a random for directions he handed me his phone and let me use Google maps. Also got help from the police or anybody I asked. The only annoying people are those dickheads with the horses.

People are having a hard time there. I know because I have Sicilian friends. They're not taking too kindly to others right now. Plus, people are louder there culturally. It might be perceived as unfriendly.

I don't know about least friendly, but as a Sicilian I can say that Palermitani are for sure the one of the if not the most aggressive and rudest drivers in Italy.
I like your videos but I dont understand what happened in that last, night market. You said you had stuff thrown at you? I am also a "drunken tourist" but my reaction to that would have been a little diffrent.
Hey Jorge, it was little white pellets that kids blow threw a straw. It happened so quick. I think it was 2 kids that were a 100 meters ahead of us when I realized who it might have been. Ltl f**kers!

Realy love your videos especialy the editing. When you travel things come at you fast and you guys made me feel like i was there again. Not everywhere that you went but it did remind me of my travels in Italy. On another note: Unfortunatly there's little fuckers everywhere but thanks to you guys i'll be ready for those punks. LOL
