- Rene Polak is a Dutch artist and we met Rene in June of 2010 in Groningen while touring around Europe. He is a very devoted fan of our music that he even drove several hours from the Hague to see us LIVE in concert. Recently he shared his artworks inspired by our music and we would like to thank him for sharing his work with us. Rene is planning to visit us in Mongolia very soon. He wrote us and said in his e-mail that: 'Sometimes I think how strange it is for me that I am painting themes about Mongolia while I have never been there. Probably the reason is that I am listening to Altan Urag's music every day.'
Update: Rene visited Mongolia in August, 2011.
Алтан Урагийн Голланд фэн Рене Полак Монголд хэзээ ч зочилж байгаагүй ч, тус хамтлагийн хөгжмийг сонсонгоо зурсан сайхан уран бүтээлээс нь танилцуулж байна. Тэрээр Алтан Урагт хандан бичсэн й-мэйлдээ: "Заримдаа би Монголд огт очиж үзээгүй байтлаа Монголын тухай сэдвээр зураг зураад байгаагаа гайхдаг. Гэхдээ үүний шалтгаан нь би Алтан Урагийн хөгжмийг өдөр бүр сонсдогтой холбоотой байх" гэжээ.
2010 оны 6 дугаар сард Алтан Ураг хамтлагынханыг Европт тоглолт хийж явахад нь Гронингeн хотноо уулзах боломж Ренед тохиожээ. Тэрээр Алтaн Ураг хамтлагын амьд тоглолтыг үзэхээр Хааг хотоос олон цаг машинаар явж ирж байв. Аз жаргалтай байсан уу гэж түүнээс асуухын нь ч хэрэг байгаагүй юм! :)
