Hey. Thanks for that informative video! :) I have some questions. Would you normally work 5 days , Monday - Friday or 3 days like in the video? Do clients expect you to email them every day or do you tell them you're only available Monday - Wednesday? If they expect content everyday is this something you do manually or do you automate for the days your off? Lastly for the days you're off what do you do about the things that can't be automated like responding to posts, DMs, sharing stories etc? Thanks :)
Hi Ellen, thank you for your questions! As a SMM you would plan in your client work monthly and everything would be automated meaning you can set your days and hours to whatever you want. As long as your client sees the content each month they don't need to know what hours you work and this is also why we as SMMs don't charge per hour but per package.
