Precious Sam, it's not silly at all!! We appreciate your transparency, and our hearts break right along with you for these sweet souls, never forget, we love you, we are with you in joy & saddness, praying for you all❤️🙏🏼❤️
My heart broke yesterday when I watched the video of the sweet angel who passed on. All I could muster was that I was so sorry. In a perfect world, every animal and every person would be healthy and happy. We wish all of you strength, love, and positive energy. 🙏🐕💕
I am heartsick at the loss of that sweet little boy. I can only imagine the sadness you feel. Sending you all a big hug and gratitude for all the love you share. I wish I could reduce your pain but you will be in my thoughts.
Life does go on but we all need to give ourselves grace when tough things hit us. Honestly I couldn’t finish watching the video yesterday. It was just too much for me. Please know you’re in my thoughts and you’re all amazing in giving to so many. 💝🐶
I only read Auntie Sam's description and bailed out. Could not take it. Maybe because it was 20 days ago I lost my precious 13 year old girl cat to Stage 4 lymphoma. Very sudden diagnosis.
@@dshey6802 I understand. My daughter and her boyfriend unexpectedly lost one of their dogs to lung cancer two weeks ago. The goodbyes aren’t easy. I’m sorry for your loss. 💝🐶
God love you, Aunty Sam. I can hear the sadness in your voice. It has me in buckets. 😭😭 Little Mr Yellow knew only love, happiness and a full belly for the whole of his life, thanks to you, Luke and the kids. Take heart, knowing you did your very best for him. No one, absolutely no one, could have done more and that's why we love you all so much. ❤😘😘
Sometimes life is its own soundtrack, Sam. The sounds of the family being together is a kind of music too. I am so glad that you have such a close-knit and loving family to help you all go through this difficult loss. Hardships are a part of life, but having such a beautiful family around you makes them easier to deal with. I wish you all peace and healing.
Danika, so well said, life has its own soundtrack, I didn't even notice until I read about Auntie Sam apologizing about no soundtrack, anyway, I've had one of them in my head today anyway, the one about love.....
Oh Sam, how lovely to see everyone relaxing and enjoying each other. After heartbreak, there is a way we are given to recover and smile again. I’ve been waiting all day for this video! You are a fantastic Mom who not only tends to her family, but tends to us with these videos. God bless you dear one!
You guys have hearts the size of a planet. While crying yesterday over Mr Yellow I was wondering why the death of one puppy who I only ever met on video was affecting me so much......every loss on DDFT does, I still cry over Riker, and it is because of the gift you give us all of being able to immerse ourselves into the lives of the pack......the bad and sad as well as the good. Unlike a lot of what one sees on the internet, the Farm and the people and doggos are REAL and we are privileged to be allowed to share in that. Selfishly I am very, very grateful that in your generosity, Sam, you take the time and make the effort to keep us all in touch and create that sense of family that I suspect many of us feel. Hugs to you all at what we know is a sad time on the farm. I for one will never, ever judge negatively any of the choices or decisions you make for the animals, or people, in your care......know you are loved and appreciated.
Sam you are not being silly about how you are feeling. You gave Mr. Yellow a better chance in life if he had stayed in the bad situation that he came from. You gave him love, a safe place and gave him everything you could give him. At one time or another we have all through the same thing. I am sending you love and tons of hugs.
I send love and joy and peace to you all. He is now at peace and running freely in that great meadow in Heaven. His loving smile will be in my heart and yours always ☺️🥰🤗⭐️
No need to apologize Sam. We appreciate you opening your home up and inviting us all in and allowing yourselves to be vulnerable. So happy Luke had some down time you all work so hard. Was very impressed with Luke’s hidden talent of creating balloon animals. Love watching your family time with the kids and all the pups. Brings me great joy.
Thank you to your beautiful family who gave him the best life, it may have been short but it would have been full. If it's any help to you guys I cried a few times throughout the day and tearing up now while writing this. This is a beautiful dog community and there would have been many tears from your followers so if it's any comfort we all came together virtually. Take care. Sonia Silvanian
Please allow yourselves to come to terms with the loss of sweet Sunny. You left no stone unturned to find treatment for this precious boy and continually gave him so much love and happiness to provide a brilliant, but, short life. The decision to relieve him of his pain and suffering was the last gift you could give him. You are surrounded by Doggy joy and they will get you through. Thinking of you all. ❤
Dear Sam, I watched the video about Mr Yellow’s passing, with great sorrow about the loss of a wonderful puppy and the sadness all of the DDFT family at his loss. It was so brave and kind of Dee, Luke and you, to make the decision to let him go. I am so glad that you felt able to make this video about life at home so soon afterwards. Your gorgeous children and your precious dogs, will help ensure that life carries on and the sadness eases. Thank you for all that you do, and your thoughtfulness in letting your supporters know that you and Luke are working through this very sad time.
A short little life but mostly happy...and he's in a better place now with his puppy pals in heaven. The video was hard to watch. He reminded me a bit of Mr.Black/ Buddy.
Honey (going into mom mode now) you don't EVER have to explain or apologize to "us." I just found DDFT about a year ago and have found so much joy and happiness whilst watching the videos and being allowed a peak into your lives. I'm sure it would be ok with "us" if you took a DAY or so off(I know you won't) from posting. In his short life Mr. Yellow touched so many, we would be remiss not to take a moment to grieve his loss. He was a special little ball of fluff. I cried when I saw the news. He knew so much love and happiness with you guys. If you need a moment away from social media, we totally understand. We your DDFT family/ village/community are there for you. 🐾🌈💛 💜💙🌻
Haha Darcy, my exact words to myself, is there nothing that man can't do???? when Sam asked Evie what did she want her dad to make , and they were standing in the kitchen, I thought she would say pancakes, but she asked for a poodle , I thought well this is going to be interesting hahahah, how he sucked the tail to make the ball on the end...even in his sadness he is making his little pack members happy... Go Luke
No need to apologize for your feelings. Any dog owner completely understands and sympathizes with you. It was truly sweet of you to allow us to see a piece of your weekend. Thank you! It was a joy to watch Barney and Miss Violet playing together, as well as all the other doggies cozied up on the couches.♥️🥰
Take as much time as you need and please don’t feel as if you need to do it for all of us DDFT lovers. We completely understand your need to grieve the loss of the most precious Mr Yellow. He will never be forgotten❤️. Heal your broken hearts and we will be waiting for you all with open arms, hearts and lots of love. We absolutely love and need you all so much and well as the dogs so please take time for yourselves and do whatever you need to do to start your healing journey💔.
RUclips made us a community from all over. I was happy to read your post because I wondered how you all were. Yes, dear Shadow. Sometimes no is the perfect answer. Life persists. Mr. Yellow Sunshne reminds me life is precious. Wish he could have been cured. But wow, you gave him such a life. WIsh we could give you a group hug.
Dear Sam, you have no idea how much I would love to be there to give you all a hug. You have helped so many of us through long and lonely days. You have shared your lovely daughters and precious little Wolf. ( I love the curl on the top of his head. My son had one very similar 49 years ago.). Please know we all love and support you. You don’t have to be stressed with entertaining us every day. We all know that you need time for yourselves and your children. We love seeing you anytime and under any circumstances. Life has ups and downs, and you will remember the sweetness of a family evening when the kids are grown.
Sweet Sam, you and Luke have nothing to apologize for EVER. It's a sad day, and everyone is allowed to feel sad. I don't know if I would have the state of mind to put on a smile and go on so soon. Watching all the babies, especially Barney, with his nappy falling off, put a smile on my face but not in the usual way. We are all grateful for all you both do, but you need some time to rest and mourn your loss. God bless you all 🙏😢💔🙏😢💔🙏😢💔
Luke looked so heavy hearted 😢. My heart aches for you all, but the doggies around you will pull you through this….look at cheeky Miss Violet trying her best with the cookie jar😁always grab the opportunity Miss V! Mr Yellow was loved by all, and will be missed the world over. But as you rightly said Sam the DDFT dogs will be there for you. Sending much love❤️
Being sad sometimes heightens how much happiness we really do have in our lives, Sam. I’m glad you all had time to step back a bit before a busy week and enjoy the fun of a party, a balloon dog and the antics of the totally invasive Miss Violet. We can all appreciate how hard these last few weeks have been for you and your family.❤️
It's more than ok to have a chill Sunday afternoon. Shadow may have appreciated the down time away from 15 dogs, 3 kids and a small space. No music needed, there was plenty of activity with Miss Violet around!
Sam, no need to apologize! Wasn't expecting a post for another day. You all need down time, and yes, life goes on. I couldn't help but be so touched by the contrast of the joy of Buddy and his new life, and then the sweet tribute to his brother, "Sunny". Hope the activities of daycare bring some happiness after a rough weekend. Glad Luke got some down time. You all needed it. Much live to all at the farm💞
Miss violet and the biscuits for the win❣️ Her and Barney playing and falling off the couch was classic, glad you had some down time with the family after an otherwise horrible weekend. Xo 🐾
My heart goes out to all of you. I have known your pain in having to humanely saying goodbye to my many cats and my two dogs. I wish you comfort each day. I just am so sorry for your loss.
Thank you for sharing your Sunday afternoon with us. Y’all have been heavy on my heart and it was good to see you❤️ It was nice to share the moments that can make you smile thru the sadness… Miss Red running off with Barney’s nappy, Miss Violet and the biscuit jar, all the others just hanging out, Elle and Evie and Wolfric. A big hug to y’all . ❤️🐾❤️
"Underestimate me not!" says Violet, "I WILL find the biscuits." It's been a tough road for you all with the pups this year, it is your tender heart that breaks, but it is because it is tender that you love so deeply and give so much. Whether for a brief time, or for years, you have given these dogs a gift and they have done their best to return it with licks and cuddles. Keep laughing at their silly antics and remember you have done well and even in sorrow, you are blessed. I know that Wal and Charlie were waiting for Sunny in heaven and made him welcome there. Love to you all!
@@lissawick2171 I cried like a baby. Sunny knew it was time & was grateful Uncle Luke was holding him to the very end. It's tough to do. I've had to do it twice but I wouldn't want it any other way. So sad. ✌💜🐾
That little puppy was loved in your wonderful home...and now he is off playing with all the children who have left this world so early. You'll see him again when it's your turn and he will greet you with a wagging tail and lots of licks and kisses! You are an incredible group of people! The world is blessed to have your presence and your children are blessed to have you as parents!!
Another RUclipsr I follow lost his infant son to SIDS earlier this month. When I heard about Mr. Yellow, I immediately thought that perhaps they would meet and play together...a comforting thought to help us through the terrible sadness.
My dogs would be in the popcorn ! All of children of both species are so incredibly fortunate to be raised by both of you with your love, gentleness and training. When your kids are adults they will realize how amazing their childhood has been.
Miss Violet sure loves Luke. I am sure her love & Kisses are helping Luke today. Nothing like hugs & Kisses from a puppy to feel better. Sam lots of hugs coming your way.
So sorry for the loss of the little one. He did have a good life even if it was a short life. Yes, life does go on, and we always have to keep going as well. Virtual hugs to all.
All my love at this sad time 💕 think of all the beautiful memories of mister yellow he's watching below with all your other loving pets gone before ,he has been welcomed by your happy animals and is now running as fast as he can ,out of pain living in doggy heaven with his buddies, you need the sounds of children and TVs to keep the time going for you to get forward again ,take care all of you ❌❌😥☹️😇
Take all the time you need. You only can take care of others if you take care of yourself!!! A lot has happend lately and you are only human. Just love your Chanel.
Miss Red and Miss Violet are adorable. You cant help but smile and be happy just looking at them. Mr. Yellow will be missed, and what happened is very sad, but with so much love surrounding you, you must count your blessings.
Yes Sam, unfortunately life doesn’t stop, you just somehow have to keep going, but just know your all in our thoughts, and sending love and hugs to you all, great job with the balloon Luke🙏💖
You must have read my mind. After the tragic news over the weekend, I was thinking about what would be a time of reflection that we could spend together before the return to normal Farm activities. And what came to mind was movie night. Just some time that we could all (from around the world) share together with you and your family as we process, grieve and honor the loss of sweet little Mr. Yellow. Thank you for posting this, Sam.
I love Miss Violet & Miss Red (I call her Scarlet). It would be so nice if they could be adopted together and have a big sister or brother to snuggle with.
Thank you for sharing. We do worry about y’all. Luke looks so sad. The other dogs are too cute interacting with each other. My prayers are with all of you.
If you go back to yesterday’s video about Mr Yellow aka Sunshine or Sunny, hit the down arrow to the right of the title, you can read what Sam kindly shared with us all, (which must have been so challenging for Sam to write) it will explain everything.
My Dear, you have more strength than you may realize. Just remember also, you have your community here to push you on with love and courage and we keep all of you in our hearts in warmth and care.
Wolfies so quiet, beautiful little boy 💙 Barney caught with his pants down lol It is extremely sad mr yellow, I watched it again, I feel so sorry for him x
Real life. I guess Miss Violet didn't get those biscuits! Thank you for letting us in on a Sunday afternoon. Saturday was very emotional. We all love you. ❤️ 🤍💙
My thoughts are with you, have not had a good day myself today, we are obviously behind you in the UK but you will carry on with your strength, loved watching Miss Violet and the rest of your ‘troop’. My thoughts are with you 😘😘🇬🇧
you folks provided that puppy with the best possible life. I cried with everyone else but if I could make an observation . I love dogs and have three of them. I been around dogs all my life but never boxers. I'm so impressed with their gentleness and shenanigans. take care and may God Bless you all.
I am so glad you all were able to relax a bit on Sunday afternoon. It has been a difficult time. Please be gentle with yourselves. Mr Yellow’s life here in earth was short but it was a good and happy life because he was with you at the farm. Thank you for the video because I was worried about you all. Barney and Miss Violet are so funny and cute. And I was impressed with Luke making a balloon poodle. Wow!
Sending so much love to you all. Our thoughts are with you at this hard time. No music is good too! It brings us all even closer. ❤️ Good to see you smiling through the sadness. Bless your hearts, you are wonderful! And how amazing is Luke at balloon poodles!?! Hugs x x x
You don't have to explain yourself to anyone it's the hardest thing to say goodbye but he's with your special family of doggies that have gone over the rainbow 🌈
I was surprised at my reaction about Mr Yellow 💛. I guess I missed discussion of his illness. I'm sure sorry for your loss and how it affects everyone within this community. Y'all are wonderful, giving people. May you be blessed. 💛🐾
You are all heroes! Mr Yellow's life was short but such a happy and cared for one with you all. He couldn't have been more loved. You need to give yourselves a break. You can't always run at 100mph. Thank you for what you do for your pack and take care of yourselves too. Hugs from UK.
Oh darling aunty sam, you guyz really amaze me how strong you always are, especially at the saddest times 😢you can sense that the doggos even knew something was wrong, but you still worry about everyone else.... but on an up note has uncle luke got no end to his amazing talents with the balloon making aswell!! And miss violet and barney falling off the couch!! Oh dear me lol... with all the doggos there they really do brighten up the saddest of days don't they💖💖loooooove you all 👨👩👧👦🐕💖👨👩👧👦💖🐕
Auntie Sam, no need to apologize to us about anything. I believe we feel as family. We are as sad as we can be. Grief is part of life's emotion. It is natural to feel the loss. If we do not take time to reflect about the good and the not so good, grief will find us at some later point. We do not need to be ashamed of tears, they are not a sign of weakness. Grief is as natural as breathing..... we can all do it together for a time and then we can move on. We never forget the ones who have passed on. They are our treasures. Celebrate life every day and there will never be any regrets.
We grieve with you on losing Sunny. You gave him a name so now he is officially a true Farm boy even in spirit. Music or not I’ll watch and be a part of your lives for a little bit 🥰 Thank You for sharing!
Loosing a family member 💔 😢, regardless of an animal or human. Is never easy. Always wonder what if there was more you could do. When you know that there wasn't.
Glad to see you carrying on. Thinking of all of you at this sad time.
"Grief is the price we pay for love" Bless you and your family!
Self care is very important during times like this.
🐾❤️🐾❤️
"Underestimate me not!" says Violet, "I WILL find the biscuits." It's been a tough road for you all with the pups this year, it is your tender heart that breaks, but it is because it is tender that you love so deeply and give so much. Whether for a brief time, or for years, you have given these dogs a gift and they have done their best to return it with licks and cuddles. Keep laughing at their silly antics and remember you have done well and even in sorrow, you are blessed. I know that Wal and Charlie were waiting for Sunny in heaven and made him welcome there. Love to you all!
Little Sunny giving all he's got licking Uncle Luke's hand as if to say.....
Absolutely beautifully said👏👏❤
@@lissawick2171 I cried like a baby.
@@Danika_Nadzan What a lovely thought! It’s thoughts like this that help us through those sad times!
I fully understand your sadness.
I hope, all the other dogs and their love will help you get over it
So sorry for the loss of the little one. He did have a good life even if it was a short life. Yes, life does go on, and we always have to keep going as well. Virtual hugs to all.
All my love at this sad time 💕 think of all the beautiful memories of mister yellow he's watching below with all your other loving pets gone before ,he has been welcomed by your happy animals and is now running as fast as he can ,out of pain living in doggy heaven with his buddies, you need the sounds of children and TVs to keep the time going for you to get forward again ,take care all of you ❌❌😥☹️😇
So true . God bless
Thank you...for the videos, but so much more - Thank you!
yeah, right, Well put and so true.
Bless you all on this difficult day xxxx
Miss Violet's nose is all business 🤣 might not see very well but her sniffer is on point ❤️
Sending all our love and hugs to you all ❤️🩹💓💕
Yes Sam, unfortunately life doesn’t stop, you just somehow have to keep going, but just know your all in our thoughts, and sending love and hugs to you all, great job with the balloon Luke🙏💖
God be with your hearts as they are healing from Mr. Yellow’s goodbye.
Miss Violet is getting so big!
They all look happy and loved thank you
You must have read my mind.
Oodles of doggie love is the very BEST medicine for sadness.
I love Miss Violet & Miss Red (I call her Scarlet). It would be so nice if they could be adopted together and have a big sister or brother to snuggle with.
Thanks for sharing♥ The calming presence of my faves; Banjo, Rosie and Matilda in the midst of chaotic and fun Miss Violet and Barney😘🐾
Bless you in your loss. Remember that Mr. Yellow had the best of a life at the farm. Blessings!
Amazing a whole bowl of popcorn went Undisturbed but the jar of biscuits just couldn’t resist. I laughed so many times during this video. 🥰🥰😂🥰🐾❤️
Thank you for sharing. We do worry about y’all. Luke looks so sad. The other dogs are too cute interacting with each other. My prayers are with all of you.
Sending love and warm hugs to you all.
If you go back to yesterday’s video about Mr Yellow aka Sunshine or Sunny, hit the down arrow to the right of the title, you can read what Sam kindly shared with us all, (which must have been so challenging for Sam to write) it will explain everything.
There is a smell there that Barney is really enjoying !! So much so that his undies fell off
My Dear, you have more strength than you may realize. Just remember also, you have
your community here to push you on with love and courage and we keep all of you
in our hearts in warmth and care.

I been around dogs all my life but never boxers. I'm so impressed with their gentleness and shenanigans. take care and may God Bless you all.
So much joyful activity surrounds you. Blessed be
Lovely video, heartfelt ❤️ to you all.
Wow that's a lot of licker's!!! I so love dogs. I had fifteen dogs different ages. Their family!!
I was surprised at my reaction about Mr Yellow 💛. I guess I missed discussion of his illness. I'm sure sorry for your loss and how it affects everyone within this community. Y'all are wonderful, giving people. May you be blessed. 💛🐾
Sam, I'm glad you wanted to let us all know that you guys are okay. I'm not surprised that you wanted a quiet family day.
Thank you so much for posting Sam,
❤️‼️😘
Auntie Sam. Thank you for today’s video. We certainly weren’t expecting it. Send love.
We grieve with you on losing Sunny. You gave him a name so now he is officially a true Farm boy even in spirit.
Music or not I’ll watch and be a part of your lives for a little bit 🥰
Thank You for sharing!
Awww, right, a name! Making him a Farm Dog now. Awesome
Loosing a family member 💔 😢, regardless of an animal or human. Is never easy. Always wonder what if there was more you could do. When you know that there wasn't. You Both are Amazing people ❤️ ❤️ with a heart of Gold. Never dout yourselves. Just know he's in a Better place without pain. Lord knows what he's telling Charlie and the others up there . Only Good things about the changes you've done. To Help others have better lives . 🙏❤💪🌟
