I will be taking part in the Brechfa as well (I would say that I am racing, but that wouldn't be accurate) . See you there.

Hi Steven, I use 'competing' as against racing, kind of works for me. Hopefully the rain will hold off and the temperatures stay high for us. I'm riding number 63 (red bike, obviously, green Enterprise hire van, be nice to say Hi!) Looking forward to it :-)

I’m thinking of getting this bike. Hondas website don’t show a lighting kit. Have you got info on that?
I’m 6’2 how is it size wise?

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. The lighting kit is a UK market fitting, depends which country you're in as to the spec the bike is sold to. Size wise the bike is standard enduro bike size, which generally seem optimised for someone about 5'10", so you might be a little cramped. Best try sitting on one in a showroom. A taller seat will generally help and you could try higher bend bars to make things better for you. At 6'2" you might also be heavier than the standard springing allows, so firmer springs front and rear might help too.

Rust Sports thanks! Isn’t it about time manufacturers made bikes for the now taller average height. I don’t know many people 5’10 and under

Hi. Could you tell me if that lighting kit could be added to a CRF250R? Thanks.

Good question - and to be honest, I don't know. This kit was fitted by Honda UK - probably sourced from Italy. One lead might be Redmoto Honda in Italy (they convert Rs to enduro). They might make a kit (depends on year, etc). Best JB
