I struggled my whole life with my weight and now I've realised that loosing weight, at least for me, was never as hard as I thought it was. I always thought that a lot of work have to be put in. I lost 10 KG since May 17th this year. So here is where I started: 1. Eating 3 times a day with 4 to 6 hours in between meals. 2. Minding what I drink in between those times, only unsweetened drinks like water and tea 3. More walking, currently 5000 steps a day 4. 15 min workout at home Start small, if you think you're starting smal go smaller still and that's where you should start. I still eat candies, pizza and all the other delicious unhealthy foods. But minding the time and the amount. Since I've started I've eaten less and less candies hardly ever want them anymore. Also watch out for hidden sugar bombs like pre-made jogurt shakes.
