nah, you dont have to pay anything. as long as you have all the corpse parts you can go to his dimension anytime by talking to the Jotaro NPC located at the tallest peak
You can do this with any stand in the game, it just depends on how good you are at the game, for all the people asking if it’s possible with x stand + x fighting style. I know this because I’ve tested it myself with every stand and no spec.
its hard to tell when he's about to use smite, he tends to use it when teleporting behind you. He'll either use smite or M1 you. You can pay close attention to when he's about to use timestop. After a few times of fighting him, it gets easier to guess when he's going to use ts
