Also, using two USB 3.1 port on the laptop/pc should be enough for the 3 in 1 cable. You can see this in their website under specifications and it is listed to use 10W power.

gah-dayum! I wish i could draw digital art like you :[ I think I might learn it eventually but I draw things better with pens and pencils. I never get my colours right and can't draw anime-like characters no matter how bad I want too 😭😭 watching your process was so cool!
aww thanks!! you know what i used to be like u or maybe worse i dunno hahaha i started to draw with anime style when since i was a kid coz i like anime but then when i enter uni they didn't wanna enforce anime and we must draw with either realism or disney stylized. so from that point i do realistic drawing and only after i started working i started to embrace anime style again. wasn't good with coloring either i always do monochromatic and since i do realistic drawing i have a "guide" on which color to use. when i started doing digital illustration, i used to redraw a scene from a movie or anime that i like, so i can develop a taste in color and i try to make the color scheme better in my own way. as for style, tracing usually helps to develop muscle memory of the shapes but then again draw with the style that makes u happy :D i do tons of experiment in art styles before i eventually get to this one. heheh now i'm rambling.

Gonna lay the pro and cons here: If u the type who like to draw in comfortable position say lying down on ur stomach, while relaxing on sofa etc it's def be better with ipad since it's portable. But if u don't mind drawing in a sitting position then kamvas tablet is great! The feeling of drawing on ipad is excellent in my opinion even now i always compare tablet to ipad. But then again procreate has max layers depending on canvas size (not sure about csp, but even csp only offer subscription instead of one time buy like on pc), there are other apps like ibis so def need to look into that if u wanna consider ipad. Oh, battery wise need to be considered aswell, both ipad and ipencil. The kamvas pro i tested here has a similar feeling as to when i draw on ipad so the only cons for me is the portability since i love drawing while lying down. Also lots of cables to deal with and must be connected to plug. There's a simple all in one usb c cable but the one they provide is too short for me, works great if u use laptop tho. Uhmm i think that's all, hope it helps!

Warna nya by default agak beda sih, di tablet dia lebih saturated jd pas pindahin hp msti naikin saturasi sdikit biar sama. Tp bisa di adjust jg tablet nya biar sama, sama hp dll :D
Did you have to buy a special adapter to plug into your desktop PC to keep the tablet illuminated? I just bought a Kamvas 13 for my nephew for Christmas and while the screen display stays illuminated while plugged into my laptop, it will not stay active when he tries to use it with his desktop pc gaming computer. I’ve tried downloading drivers and changing settings to get the PC to accept a second monitor and everything.
You mean it wont turn on with pc? I didn't use anything else other than what came in the box. Did u plug the red cable to pc or electric outlet? Also do u use usb c cable or the hdmi?

uh.. sadly i have been busy packing since last week so i haven't been able to draw since this piece. but based on my opinion so far, this is the best tablet for me so far. the pressure is awesome, resolution is stunning, colors is a tad more saturated but that can be calibrated through OSM. as a former ipad user i really think it can replace my ipad. :D one thing to keep in mind tho is the screen, it's matte but note paperlike matte. i'm saying this coz i totally skim that part when i bought it lol it can't be used as a normal tablet when the screen is off but you can switch the workspace monitor to the main screen to make it work like a pen tablet.
In the same situation, actually; my D16 completely died on me and there are so many tablet options and I'm not quite in the loop so choosing one is really difficult, haha. This one seems really good but so does the 4k one :)

Hi. Personally, do you prefer Huion or Xp pen ? I’m torn whether I should go with Xp pen 12 (2nd generation) or huion kamvas 13 & Xp pen 13.3 😭
Uhh never tried kamvas 13 nor the xppen 13.3. Could only compare between the 12 2nd gen and kamvas pro 16 2.5k and i would say i prefer my huion :)
