Listen, not a fan of Sterns, but it’s so dangerous that people think his not showing up clouds them in anyway. That’s not how it works. And I would think they would want to be afforded the same rights if they were in the same position. Then people say well I wouldn’t murder anyone well, maybe not but you might be falsely accused. The constitution is a good thing.

Not appearing is probably a tactic suggested by hi lawyer to control the narrative and image of his client. People can deduce based on non-verbal behavior and impact the case.

Defendants can premeditate and deliberate in a matter of minutes or even seconds, as long as the thought process occurs before the act.
Why are they allowed to not appear?
If I didn't show up they were going to arrest me for failure to appear.

The Death Penalty is available to the Prosecution. We shall have to wait to see if they seek it for Sterns, or not.

The representative (is this the DA?) is a really impressive young man. It sounds like he (and the police chief, Holland) have things under control. I am glad that these people are handling things carefully. This is a huge problem and I hope they find every single person even remotely involved in Madeleines death and/or the making snd sharing of criminal images of her abuse.

It’s funny to me tho because inmates watch news and I’m sure they would recognize him , he has a very unique look to him. He’s gonna get recognized either way. I watched a video by some guy who used to be in prison (I forget his channels name unfortunately) and he talks to inmates sometimes, he talked to some guy that says they know who these scumbags are cause of the news. They watched news on tv 😅.

There were 52 people listed on the Arrests Leading to Incarceration Report for yesterdays' date, but I did not see the report for today.
The MOTHER. She knows excatly what happened the time frame and what she says to the media, and social media is totally different from what the police are now saying. She's involved. Unlike kayla Montgomery, who was there but had no part. This so-called mother had a part of it. She's too nervous and struggles with her words and wayches what she says.She'ss also involved
Kayla Montgomery did nothing...exactly...just watched a small helpless little girl get beat to death in the confines of a car...and did NOTHING!

Adam Montgomery didn't show up, but he's 1st one. However the judge has ordered, he does have to show up for sentencing. That has been signed by the judge!!!!
