good point about the TDE albums/marketing. it feels like at points they don't move like the big time independent label that they are. feel like at the bare minimum they should be offering digital sales, CDs, and vinyl for each of their releases instead of relying solely on streaming. the soul burger release only had vinyl and no other way to directly purchase.

The last Drake albums have been mid even tho they did numbers because he didn’t have no competition. Nobody of his stature in rap was dropping music (Dot was on his half decade hiatus, him and Future were best friends and I don’t think he sees Cole as real competition even tho he respects him) so bro didn’t feel challenged, he set back and hit the autopilot button
