I got my lasik surgery done for my eyes but I used to wear contacts all the time but also had always looong nails 😂 what helped me was learning to take them off with my knuckles! (:

I like the drill sound but not the hand filling sound. Probably bc I cringe when filing my own nails 😂so I’d say light music over filing or the sped up version. I loved the sped up filing bc it was quick and kinda funny 😂😂❤

Just a tip I learned through trial and error (and unfortunate necessity 😅😅) for removing contacts with long nails: try using the side of your fingers instead of the tip. Essentially use the side of your index and middle fingers to squeeze the contact so that it comes out. Takes a bit of practice, I’d try doing it while you have short nails to get the hang of it but once you know how to do it it makes having contacts with longer nails so much easier
