I've been struggling hard with depression since the semester started and it's so easy to say "I can't do that" or "that won't work" but I understand that's because I'm trapped in my depressive mindset. you can go see a therapist to help you and talk to someone you trust on a daily basis. You don't have to feel guilty about your mental state, process it and be gentle and patient with yourself.
I find it kinda funny that I downloaded haloha when she first introduced it to us, and today when I read the prompt before watching this video I was like “Oh this reminds me of Beatrice” and my response to the prompt was “journaling because it provides me clarity.”
I love that you mentioned Viktor Frankl as I came across him and his work in a book on the concept of Ikigai and it talked about his method called 'Logotherapy' and how when he would see suicidal patients, instead of asking them 'Why DID you try to do that?' he would ask them 'Why DIDN'T you do it?' and I think that shift is so powerful as instead of focusing on the negative wholly, you can reframe it and see the positive and thus gain some purpose or perhaps even clarity. There is a lot more to it than that but I think that shifts in mindset such as that can help in so many aspects of life and just in so many ways.
I love how with every video Beatrice is becoming more camera comfortable and is able to add a little more of her quirks to each video! It's so heartwarming to notice throughout the progress of her channel. ❤️

Guys try out the stoic app!!! You could journal there, it tracks your mood, meditation, you could use it at the start and end of the day. There are helpful exercises given to you depending on your mood and how much time you have to spend. You could reflect on quotes, visualize, breathing techniques, journal on being grateful, fear setting, affirmations, goals!!! It's so good I swear❣️

I think people misunderstand writing good things about your life and lying to yourself by being positive to a negative atmosphere. It’s kind sick to me that someone would prefer me to do that instead than fixing the certain situation. So recently I’ve decided to just start leaving my problems and making positive memories so I don’t lie to myself with negative lists
