Timnas Indonesia baru 1 tahun terbentuk dari materi naturalisasi, mereka hanya ketemu di kwalifikasi ini. mayoritas pemain berusia muda, komposisi tim belum lengkap (overload defender) belum cukup terbentuk chemistry . Dengan kondisi seperti itu timnas sangat berpotensi menjadi tim kejutan 3 sampai 5 tahun kedepan melihat usia pemainnya.

I’ve been saying this but why do people always shit on Zion? He had few bad games and they were crucial for sure but that doesn’t mean that he isn’t THE best keeper in the continent. Point me to another AFC based GK that plays in top 5 leagues as a starter every game and get praised, you van’t. He is still young and he is by far the best keeper and second is Kokubo. If you are saying that he is our weak link, every team in AFC has it worse as no one can replace this young man.

obviously not the mistake of players. coordination between players were off like in 3rd goal, that indicates the practice and coach were not focusing on team play before the match. this is the hard part, individual players are ok, though not world class, but as long as you have bad team play you won't go far in WC. coach STY should do something about this and not just doing whatever he has been doing so far

I don't know if it people being delusional but i feel like people completly ignore a fact. Indonesia lost but the worst part it that it's was a bad Japan, it's a Japan that didn't even play seriously. You could see this at how Japan played, they were lazy, lazy defending, lazy and sloppy control, a lot easy control were missed by Japanese player because they are doing the minimum and didn't even try to get the ball back, a lot of bad pass, no pressing. People speak about how Indonesia had chance, no no, defensively Japan let the indonesian player come close to their penalty surface because they didn't believe them to be able to bring any real danger and when we see the game they were right. Well for me, against Japan is calculated lost matches. There're so huge gap between our national team compared to Japan. Yes our national team has quality, however they've never had experiences to play in a high competition like this WCQ rounds. Our team are literally young. Every matches there'll always be a new player coming in and out. This team need a few time to find a click. But after next 3-4 matches, I'm pretty sure this team will be more solid on the pitch !

Well for me, against Japan is calculated lost matches. There're so huge gap between our national team compared to Japan. Yes our national team has quality, however they've never had experiences to play in a high competition like this WCQ rounds. Our team are literally young. Every matches there'll always be a new player coming in and out. This team need a few time to find a click. But after next 3-4 matches, I'm pretty sure this team will be more solid on the pitch !

indonesia only need some strong attacker, striker or cf, who can finish the job done....look our 30 min first play its dangerous, maybe if indonesia score 2 goals early japan gonna be lil bit in trouble, since indonesian defender its so strong...we got concied more because we must catch the goal, so we must go out to score and loosen our defend....and thats what japan want, their counter and their link ball its a grade s tier...they are rank 1 in Asia not because they are cheat or got help by afcmafia, they are overpower!!

So I think this match is a measure for us to assess what is lacking.

Your U23 able to advance so far into U23 Asia cup recently was a courtesy of your young heritage players. It's hard for indo players to gel together and find chemistry bcus players have no idea how Indo should play or what is the identity of indo football. That's the problem of instant noodle approach. There will be no football identity. You are going to play on the compatibility and thought process of each heritage players. Just look at how Japan players playing based on their football identity.
