    Sweet and sour waterchesnut
    Ingredients
    * 0il - 2 tbsp
    * Garlic - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
    * Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
    * Ketchup - 2 tbsp
    * Vinegar - 1 tsp
    * Raw sugar - 1 tbsp
    * Corn flour - 2 tsp
    * waterchesnut - 12 to 15 pcs
    * water - 1/4th cup
    * sesame seeds
    * spring onion greens
    Method
    -In a bowl add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, raw sugar, water & whisk well.
    -Now add the corn flour & again mix well.
    -Take a wok, add oil & garlic, followed by the sauce.
    -Now add the water Chestnut and toss, till they become crunchy.
    -Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onion greens.
    -Serve hot.
