    projct to do with this: let's say you're making a Binary code translator. It translates binary code that means the numbers 1-10. With this, it could work. And for the Binary code, you need to put 0o before it.

    5 in binary is 101 but @3:35 it is 0101 how can anyone please explain and help me

      It is with 4 bits, means 0000 is base. if you show 5 in binary with base it will be 0101

      For an unsigned number, increasing the number of bits used to represent a number can be accomplished by simply adding 0's to the left side of a number. For example, the number 3dec can be represented with 3 bits as 0112, or as 4 bits as 00112.☑✅

      Also I don't know why he didn't included that topic. The possible reason for not including it may be he is teaching topics that are a part of Indian high school syllabus. I mean in India these topics are for university students because they study Computer science as their major subject but high school student have CS as their minor subject cause they have major subject as BIo/Maths , phys and chem. and other...
