Triggering an Alteryx workflow using Lambda

Have you ever wanted to schedule your Alteryx workflow to run when new data arrives, but this isn't always at the same time each week? If the data is being loaded into an AWS S3 bucket, then another of AWS's services, Lambda, can be used to trigger the Alteryx workflow to be run.
