If we request spot fleet with instance types for which we have reservation, does the max spot price become the reserved price or will it still remain on-demand price? 2. If we request using request and maintain feature, what is the SLA for getting a replacement spot machine when interruption happens? Will it be created in the two minute window before the current one is taken back?
