I think you already know this but for the viewers as well, GET YOUR BLOODS DONE BEFORE TAKING IRON SUPPS. Iron overload is a real thing and can have some pretty bad consequences. If you are deficient in them it is a good idea to supplement but I would not recommend taking it to "optimize" your health/performance. That being said, T minus 16 days till CIM. LETS GO!!!
As a runner who was mid in high school xc and is now having a ton of fun working towards a sub-3 marathon, I find your content super inspiring. Appreciate the transparency and humanity of y'all ❤️

I would love to see more content about lifting and strength training for runners! Or just an overview of what you do. This is an area that a lot of people are lacking in
Yeah! Trust the process, the gap between high school and college can seem like a really big jump but if you stay healthy, and keep working hard you’ll improve like crazy. The intensity and volume of your workouts will increase and for me I felt like going up in mileage helped me handle those workouts better but BEWARE of the danger of overtraining. Unlike high school most people are overtrained rather than undertrained so be recovery focused :)
What did you major in college? And what job do you do? I personally am about to get my BS in Civil Engineering and hopefully get a CE job lined up soon.
I think you are an elite runner, 18minutes-below 15 mins is not for normal runners,I would like to know if you have any advice to teach general runners how to run 5 k from 22 to 18 minutes?
