Dr. Please, l think 0.25hrs is equal to 15mins but your solution appears to be 0.25 again
It seems like the eq.1 and 8 are the same. The equation 1 may focus on the possibility of no customers while the equation 8 focuses on the keyword server idling.
I need help calcuculating when the arrival rate is given in minutes but the service rate is per 2hrs. Do i instead multiply by 120 minutes?
