But the mostly striking part for me is how Jaejoong confidently said that his company can giver their artists excellent support to work wordwide and say MAMAMOO should have a 10-th year anniversary concert which if it was for his company he wouldn't allow it to not happen. As a moomoo these words mean a lot!

It's also fun that it looks like a job interview. Just the thought that this could be her next boss and we really got to witness their very first meeting is giving me butterflies. Hi @aykayjk Her Spark live performances are amazing! But I kinda understand where wheein is coming from. She's not yet comfortable with consistently hitting the high notes, especially on songs like HERE I AM. I've seen fancams of almost all of her concert stops and attended one stop myself and I notice that she sometimes hold back on the belts in HIA, depending on her condition that day. Wheein is just so professional because she knows how to adjust her singing, so we never hear her voice crack. And and still sounds so good no matter how she delivers it (more/less powerful). You can also see her struggle in the recording of Spark & HIA. She nails it, but she still doubts herself sometimes. I hope she does take vocal lessons while still keeping her beautiful vocal color so she can gain more confidence in her singing.
I think both of them can be best friends in real life, they share a lot of similar background, from difficult training days, working part time jobs to their extreme love for singing they can relate to each other so much even humor wise. This is the first time I see Jaejoong talking with a female version of him. They're literally the female amd male version of each other

They are the girl group with a level of talent on par with DBSK, so it feels only right that they should meet with Jaejoong and become his friends. Wheein is a great singer with a nice personality, and I hope she can keep finding success in her career for a long time to come. Maybe one day she can collab with Jaejoong like Moonbyul did.
