Central Govt is a mute spectator, why? What more you need to invoke article 356 to dismiss the West Bengal Govt. They have refused to implement Central acts, attacked voters during elections, attacked Central Agencies like CBI, provoked beauracracy and police to voilate centrsl Govt official dictates, law & order is at its lowest, etc.etc. Show some spine and dismiss this regime of Mamata. Moreover the West Bengal Govt & its police as well as Principal Secy of Health N S NIGAM are involved in destruction of evidence. Some people may ask why N S Nigam? Because what made him reappoint the PRINCIPAL of the MEDICAL COLLEGE where this rape & murder occurred to a new Medical College. They all need to be hauled by CBI.

Sayra harmi I know Kolkata police is main culprit but cbi never solved any cases ever which cbi got , if cbi can’t solve any cases then why court transfer many cases to cbi , I never shaw cbi type foolish government agencies , government should end these types of agencies , they are Dhabba as a investigation , they’re dranebaz ?
